Don’t let their age fool you as the skill level across the board was similar to an upperclassman. Each player bought their own twist to the game but here are the players that stood out over the weekend.
Hagans is a true point guard that knows how to be the floor general. She knows how to read the defense and get into scoring position. Quickness is her way to get past defenders and score in the paint. She is also good at reading gaps and getting out in transition. She finished with 12 points in Game 1.
Thomas is a player that has a lot of tools in her bag. One of her best moves is her step back which allows her to create space. She hit a lot of tough shots for her AEBL team and was a player that played the whole game and never got fatigue. Game changer who can score at all 3 levels.
Highlights
Satterfield is the energizer bunny. She is the player diving on the floor for the loose ball and getting to all the0/50 balls. She never gives up on a play which allows her to create extra possessions for her team. A player that can guard you 94ft and get to the rim in transition.

Biniln is super athletic and uses her length to her advantage. She knows how to get position in the paint and score at will. A big-time rebounder that knows how to score in traffic. A player that works to get her shot off and works through the contact. Workhorse on both ends of the floor.
Lizzy Hathaway
Lizzy Hathaway
Hathaway is a player not afraid to work hard on both ends of the floor. Can shoot it with the best of them and also get to the basket when needed. High IQ guard that knows how to read the floor and make sure everyone is in their right positions. A player that was hard to stop at times during the weekend. Pure Scorer.
Mary Grace Margiotta
Mary Grace Margiotta
Margiotta is a player that runs the floor well and gets into scoring position. A player that is always moving away from the ball and has one of the purest shots from behind the arc. Always has an eye for the ball and looking to get her teammates involved. Has the ability to score at will. Ended up with 14 points in Game 1.
