Mark A. DiCarlo is a very knowledgable, thorough lawyer. I highly recommend him.
Mr. Mark DiCarlo handled two cases. The first was my Social Security about 4 years ago. He and his staff kept me informed, and were very helpful. The second time Mr. DiCarlo helped me was on a car accident case. I was rear ended, and required surgery. I was extremely satisfied with all my encounters with Mr. DiCarlo and his staff, and have recommended him to many of my associates.

I canonot be more grateful!
I panicked when I got my spouse into some serious trouble, while on probation. Mark Di Carlo was limited in time due to a fast arrest on an MTR, and an even quicker court date. We declined plea offers (3 to 5 yrs) and Mark Di Carlo took ahold of the situation in court. I couldn’t believe that the result was 60 days. Thank you so much. The odds were against us and I’m forever grateful that you fought for his innocence. I’d recommend you to everyone in need of an attorney.

I started my case in 2016 on my own I tried very hard with my daughters physical disability i kept getting denied even when I went to court so I hear of mark and gave it a shot with all my paperwork in hand from the previous docs needed he sat me down and ready to go he explained we my have to start over which I appealed many times so in his hands what I had he went to work it took time obviously but he ended it getting done a big relief for myself this is most recent as of this month but he kept going prior as I myself would call and get the status I was helped and my questions were answered im very satisfied now just awaiting on SSI letter confirming...thanks Mr. DI Carlo look forward from hearing from you and SSI on winning my daughters case Abygail

Best lawyer in town!
Mark was so patient with my case. We struggled for a couple of years on my S.S case and I was so impress how he handle it. He is not just my lawyer anymore he's more of a friend of mine. He gives great advice and won my case. I am so thankful that he took time to win my case.

Great Lawyer ( and reliable!)
I have had several occasions to use this attorney, first to represent one of my children in a serious issue involving a gun and the school. Mark DiCarlo successfully represented my son in a case dealing with the Social Security Administration. I have also brought some people to DiCarlo for him to represent them which he did successfully. I have found him to be direct, and attentive to my issues. I ask straight questions and get straight answers. I have found Mark DiCarlo to be an aggressive client's attorney as compared to other attorneys who are just legal technicians who negotiate the law if it doesn't require too much thought or effort.

Dissatisfied and Disappointed
Sad that he has such good reviews, I brought all paper work to him on my son getting bitten by a neighbors dog, and even the picture of the bite mark my son had on his thigh. He said he was going to help but his word was not valid, a week later he told me couldn’t help me, no explanation, but to look for another Attorney. He should had told me from the beginning instead of me bringing in every proof he requested. I’m glad others on here got the help they needed, I guess in this town it’s who knows who.
