Bayern, Dortmund, Inter, Madrid, Atlético, Sevilla, Chelsea, Newcastle, Arsenal and Aston Villa are all interested

Marcus Thuram has been offered several times to Barcelona and the option to sign him remains open. The French striker's contract expires in June, he is only 26 years old and is having a great season with Borussia Mönchengladbach.

According to Italian journalist Matteo Moretto, the player has been sounded out by several clubs with only Atletico Madrid ruled out so far. Barça would be one of these clubs that have shown an interest in his situation, but as we have reported, the Blaugrana's main target is Vitor Roque.

Thuram is still on the table, but the club is relying on incoming sporting director Deco to secure the signing of Brazilian striker Roque for around €30 million. For that to happen, a major sale would be needed first, with Ansu Fati and Ferran Torres two options.

Thuram, meanwhile, fits the profile of signings that Mateu Alemany has promoted: players who are finsihing their respective contracts and who, even if they don't meet expectations, would have a market in a future transfer. Franck Kessié would be a good example of this.

The Frenchman would arrive for free and should adapt to be an alternative to Lewandowski, who is a permanent fixture in Xavi's line-ups. An international with Les Bleus, he has scored 16 goals and provided seven assists in 31 appearances this season.

If he were to finally move to Catalonia, Barça would be signing a striker who can continue to grow. His contracr situation means that he has many suitors. Clubs such as Bayern, Dortmund, Inter, Madrid, Atlético, Sevilla, Chelsea, Newcastle, Arsenal and Aston Villa are all interested.
