    The Terrance was windy but made a nice setting for dinner. Our problem was lack of good consistent service and poor communication with customers. We ordered the top steak medium rare, but it arrived medium. We ordered several salads and received one. We had to ask the waiters to serve each dish and they didn’t pay attention to the tablet properly. Being outside the ice melts quickly in our drinks but we have to ask for more ice. The table is wet from condensation and no one to help keep the tablet dry, clean and cleared. There were to many people some in white jackets, black jackets and green aprons standing around. My favorite place of 30 years was closed and we were simply trying to find an equivalent upscale restaurant. Education and training of staff with young workers leads to great hospitality and culinary adventures. For a different atmosphere it’s great. For a one of a kind culinary adventure give it time, but not on my recent visit.

    Muy bien todo y, como siempre, el servicio muy amable; excepto el volumen de la música que estaba muy elevado. Tuvimos que pedir tres veces, de muy buena forma, que bajaran el sonido un poquito para poder conversar. Finalmente lo hicieron, pero hacia el otro extremo donde casi no se escuchaba nada. Bueno, pero es un lugar hermoso con muy buena comida y atenciones.

    Muy mala experiencia. No pudimos cenar. Teniamos reserva, sin embargo no nos sentaron. Esperamos 20 min despues de la hora de la reserva y nos fuimos.

    Repeti ir al restaurante porque me encanto la primera vez, pero esta vez que fue mi cumple, no estuvo tan bueno. Ordene un trago que ofrecen con un ingrediente especifico y me lo llevaron con otro porque no lo tenian. El termino de coccion de mi carne era 3/4 y me lo llevaron sellado. Es una lastima porque fui con alguien a quien le recomende el restaurant, y su experincia no fue agradable
