Casualty actress Amanda Henderson is accompanied by actress Mali Harries as she embarks on a linguistic road trip across Wales. Amanda will attempt to learn Welsh and will face a variety of challenges along the way, with Mali mentoring her throughout. Amongst the challenges, they will be trying out some circus skills and taking to the water for a spot of paddle boarding
