    A fabulous free day out
We visited after seeing how expensive Capilano suspension bridge was. We had a fabulous day out. The bridge was a lot shorter (I visited Capliano 22 years ago) but the kids loved it and you saw a couple of lovely waterfalls. We walked to the 30 foot pool and the kids had a swim. The water was really cold though. Bring some water shoes as it’s very stoney. It was very busy and lots of people jumping off high rocks despite the warnings. We walked the trails and round the lake, lots of steps and elevations. A good few hours in the fresh air.

    Excellent Choice
First time to visit the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge. We love it! We have been to the Capilano Suspension Bridge a few ago. Now we are wondering why we have to pay $$$$$ to go to the CSB. The LCSB also has trails for people to hike. It is linked to Baden Powell. We also went to see the Twin Falls. Pay parking but no admission fees!!

    Peaceful find
This gem of a park had a number of hiking trails of various lengths and difficulties. Due to time we did the shortest one but plenty of steps to climb and views plus the suspension bridge. As we arrived early evening, the visitor centre was closed so can't comment.

A free gem in North Vancouver!
The Lynn Canyon bridge is not as large or touristy as Capilano Bridge but given the fact that it's free, it's a well worth a visit. The trails are well maintained and there is a crystal clear swimming area easily accessible even for children. Very clean and modern facilities are also available. Hint- if you don't find parking at the top parking lot, then drive to the lower lot.

Free alternative to Capilano Suspension Bridges.
FREE, as opposed to the highly-developed Capilano Bridge park area. We visited both. Totally different vibe. Lynn Canyon was much less traveled and thus much quieter. We enjoyed our hike here.

Daughter insisted we (4 of us) go here. Did not disappoint. Easy hike to the bridge and then down to the water. Watch people cliff jumping into the narrow, frigid pool. Spectacular scenery and smells. Love the warning signs.

Every time I visit Lynn Canyon, I feel so rejuvenated like I’m a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Vancouver. Whereas it’s just a short drive.

So the suspension bridge is not as high and long and magnificent as Capilano, but if you don’t want crowds, queues or expense, then go and try Lynn Canyon.
(And TBH, I kinda like it better here)

I always go and check this place out even though I’ve been here more than 5 times.
It’s just pretty no matter what season you go!

This is such a wonderful hidden gem to most tourists... It can get a little busy in summer and a little slippery in winter - but it sure beats spending $100s at the Capilano Suspension Bridge to be around 1000's of stressed out screaming families... That's for sure...

In the midst of a lovely forested area, a short suspension bridge offers views of a small waterfall and pools. It's a way to experience a bit of nature within the greater Vancouver area and is accessible by bus, which we appreciated. It is also free and there are plenty of well-marked trails and beautiful places to explore. There are clean public restrooms, and a café is open on certain days/times.

Nice place. On a nice day the suspension bridge trail is very crowded, but the view of the small waterfall is still nice. Take the trail with the 30 ft pool that looks just spectacular.

We were on a 4 day trip to Vancouver and part of it, we visited this on 3rd day on route to sea to sky. this is very nice one with a good valley. for those who dont have time to visit Capilano or other suspension bridges, this can be a great alternative.

This is a great place to visit. The suspension bridge is a lot of fun and can be easily handled by almost anyone. The waterfall that the bridge crosses over is very beautiful. Once you cross the bridge you can choose to take a couple of different paths, or simply return back over the bridge. We took the path down to the twin falls bridge and really enjoyed it. The twin falls are also quite beautiful. The walk back up from the twin falls bridge involves quite a few steps, but can be easily managed by most folks. There are plenty of places to rest along the way. We highly recommend visiting this site.

We didn't want to spend the massive amount of money to go to Capilano, so we decided to check this park out. There is no cost to park or get in. We walked across the suspension bridge, which was beautiful. Then we did a loop trail hike (with LOTS of stairs.) It was a lovely hike, and dog friendly. We met a few folks hiking, but it wasn't crowded. I highly recommend!
