louis vuitton

morning - i see there is a LV shop in Bangkok airport - does anyone have any experience of the costs compared to uk or europe and the range of stock.

Normally LV doesn't work out any more expensive where ever you purchase as its my experience they work out the exchange rates etc but its a nice treat for me to update one item id like to update. but im wondering if i will do well with the lack of tax added at the airport and get a slightly better deal than in the city itself.

From my limited browsing at King Power, nothing seems cheaper than in the city.

If u cant spell it get out the airport and buy it for 2000 baht.

Just went through this process last year. Friend south wanted a bag. We got it for her. I get my miles and Thai dont know I lose on the service charge. Forget service charge, week later wife had to have one. Its not really ting tong. Its made strong will last and looks nice. In Thailand u can re sell used LV easy. I been through that as well, done at Central Westgate. I saw the ugly black bag get big cash. Not sure brand but if reel its like gold here still.

More useless info. Wife bought me a LV wallet. Comes so pretty in a box w authenticity. Set her back over 10,000. She left receipt in bag of course. Have to use it, bored. US cards are slightly larger so f...... w it daily to get cards out. Id rather have one of them stupid stingray wallets from Samui.

Her bag 70,000 w only money I give her and her credit cards w the limit of 150,000 baht in it 🤣 pretty nice lipstick bag.

Now, you have been introduced to Khemkai ... He is a bit off. But, it's not a rant. It's just him.

"... pretty nice lipstick bag." This pretty much sums up Khemkai's "rant".

Here's an idea ... why not price what you want back in Blighty? Then, if you find it cheaper at duty-free or LV-branded shops, buy it. The Mahanakhon Building had 5 floors of duty-free the last time I was there.

You find the stocks are very limited. They’ve been swept up by the Chinese visitors who shop on order. The youngsters who get free tickets just to shop for their buyers.

Well , no harm trying your luck. As others say, just check the pricing at home and the pricing in BKK. Go into the city store to have a look, since they offer tax free rebates

Remember to bring your passport, and also understand the procedures to make a claim. I believe you need to show the item to customs at the airport and get a chop before you enter the restricted area (if memory serves).

Never heard this term but I can believe it. I run w all kind of circles here, mostly we our living in modest areas. The two LV incident was at Emporium. It didnt hurt my living but rather of got some 18 year old scotch and cigars. Cigars are stupud here. Always bring in 200 grams with that one nice bottle. Even if u dont smoke, its a nice gift. To be real i do have an 85 bottle wine fridge. Sounds nifty yeah. cigars cost more then wine here. Ironic they are sold together same shops.
