Always check the product after packaging. I returned the shoes I bought the previous evening the next morning, and they told me that they were used and the soles were worn. I did not wear the shoes, I just bought them and wanted to exchange them, but they said it's not possible because they are worn. They sold a used pair of shoes in such a store.

I placed a gift order online. Since item wasn’t available in any of Dubai branches. It was mentioned on the website that orders placed before 5pm on a weekday will be delivered on the same day. I have reconfirmed the same in Dubai mall branch. While placing an order it was mentioned “delivery within 1-3 working days”. After making the payment I have received an email stating that I will be informed once my order is accepted and confirmed, however full amount has been deducted from my card. After 2 working days I haven’t received a confirmation yet and thus contacted customer service via WhatsApp and was informed that order lead time is up to 32 day, meaning that the order will only be confirmed within this timeframe. So what’s the deal with “same day delivery”? I had to run last minute and buy another gift since I was restricted by time. I have contacted customer service and requested to cancel my order. The response was “order needs to take its course and time”. I insisted, still response was the same. I said - what’s the point for me to wait for a delivery for 32 days if I will still return it? From that time they stopped responding. After 3 days I had requested a call back. Nobody called back however I have received a confirmation of order cancellation (after fighting for it for 4 days). I have still requested a call back and was promised I’d be contacted after 2 days. 6 days later - no one contacted me and no reimbursement done. Also the way customer service agents talk lacks personal approach and care for customers which is expected from a luxury brand like LV.
