Speaking on the Wednesdays We Drink Wine podcast, Lottie was giving advice to a listener who was going through some relationship issues.
She said: 'I think you need to just not panic, I honestly did that recently when I was dating a guy in LA. I started panicking. Everything he did that was not the same after like a month, I just got too attached too quickly.
'I started spending every day at his house. You know when it's just too much? Because I'd spend so much time with him, he was so love bombing me at first.

'I'm at his house and I'm like, "No, I've got no work today." I was listening to this Audible and it was saying when a guy pulls away from you you've just got to let him.
'Then you've got to show him what he's missing a bit, so you've just got to pull away too.

She said: 'I think some girls are into older men and that's fine. I think f**k what everyone thinks. It depends if he's got an ex wife and it's quite clear that you're the secretary, the rebound for him, the midlife crisis.
'He's got himself a Porsche, he's gotten like a hair transplant and is trying to relive his youth. That's very different to it being an honest relationship. So I think it depends who it is.'
