Cleveland Charter High School Senior: Overall, I had a generally positive experience at this school. While some classes are quite large, with some even ranging from 30-40 students, the teachers are very friendly and interact with students often. I especially like the math department at Cleveland, as those who teach the more difficult courses such as Honors or AP level maths do a thorough job of explaining the concepts and material. In terms of extracurriculars, the school offers a wide variety, but they must be discovered. If students actively search for opportunities, they will find many, including ASB, a leadership class, or Academic Decathlon, the Science Bowl, or various clubs on campus. The school also organizes cultural events such as for Black History Month or AAPI, one of which I helped plan. However, the upper management makes organizing these types of events chaotic, as multiple lines of approval are required which can not only delay the planning of the event itself and diminish the end product or result....
