Roma captain Lorenzo Pellegrini sounded confident and motivated ahead of his side’s second consecutive European final.
In a pre-match interview with Sky Sport, Pellegrini discussed his attitude heading into tomorrow night’s Europa League final.
“I’m very happy because I feel this team to be mine. I feel very close to my teammates and the coach. We have made an amazing journey, full of obstacles. In some games, more sacrifice was needed. We can’t wait to play.”
“There have been so many changes over the years, and sometimes when you change you can lose your way. Together with Mancini, Spinazzola and Cristante we tried to create a strong group, from the outside we give the idea of being a real group and this is the beauty of it.”
