    Wonderful Time
Tuesday, July 4th, 2023 party of 4 VIP Home Plate Parking VIP suite with unlimited food and drinks Home Plate Seating Section FL6 Marlins Won Slight traffic getting into the parking areas, extremely easy VIP parking once away from general parking, no wait through security to Home Plate Suite or seats Comfortable seats, delicious food, snacks, desserts (bravo to the chef and crew) Retractable roof was closed (thank God) but those stadium lights were cooking us in real time (bring a handheld fan) Perfect center view and I’m positive we were on tv the entire time Wonderful experience from start to finish Every single employee for every single station/position was on top of their game….bravo to employees, management, and Human Resources for what seems to be flawless Only one stood out which was the Home Plate Suite female bartender with blonde hair, my friend asked for a ginger ale and got it, I asked for a soda and she told me all non-alcoholic drinks were outside. I’m cool but wtf One last side note: we were looking for a specific Florida Marlins fitted hat in the shops and they only had one but it was too big and no extras in the back then we were told we could order it online but it wasn’t listed. Truly disappointing.

    Marlin Stadium
The Marlin stadium was a very exciting experience. Our grandson had a great time, even though he didn’t get a ball. The only thing I saw that I didn’t like, is there was a male adult with a bag full of balls & he had his kids (I guess they were his kids) catching the balls during practice. I really thought that was very selfish on his part. There were other kids that wanted a ball! It was hard to find parking but, checking the “Park” app helps. Buying things in the park is pricey but, Miami is pricey. Other then that the game was great!

Great Place to Watch a Game
Traveled to Miami to watch our home team play the Marlins. Overall, we had a tremendous time at Loan Depot Park. Unfortunately, many locals do not currently attend games, so field level tickets were easy to obtain and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend the field level seats. There is a separate dugout club entrance with access to a bar and bathrooms. In addition, you can order food and drinks from your seats and they are delivered promptly. Entering the stadium was a easy. Ballpark had plenty of options in terms of food and drink. Prices are what you would expect at a MLB stadium. Leaving the stadium and taking Uber/ Lyft was easy to find, organized and efficient. The staff was also friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We really enjoyed talking to usher Anthony Reyes. He gave us all kinds of advice on how to get autographs, where to find food, and information about Miami. If you are an out of towner from a busy MLB market, this is a great way to catch a game.

    Worth a visit
Went on the tour as a baseball fan its different from game time. Loved the tour and saw all levels and behind the scenes. Even got the see the home locker room as it was off season. Tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable and the hour flew by. Loved seeing things I had missed with watching a game there. Highly recommended.

    OK Ball Park
Saw 2 games April 27 & 28. Parked at Home Plate garage. Pay by phone app works easily. Sect 8 away team has a real nice view of the field and city sky line. PA system is poor. AC works TOOOO well. The AC system blows strongly so dress appropriately. Prices are what we expected, HIGH. Do not go to Magic City BBQ. La Cocina is a must: Empanada, Taquenos & Cuban Sandwich. La Tropical beer on tap. The between innings entertainment is OK. Their "Rooster Race" seems a little contrived.

Had a great time at the Marlins game. Beautiful ballpark with skyline views of downtown Miami. We went during reduced capacity due to covid. Plenty of parking around the ballpark during this time. Private parking lots charged $10 to park and the stadium was charging $15. Seemed like inexpensive parking all around. Concession lines were very short. I am sure parking very open due to reduced capacity but the Marlins are not hugely popular so maybe parking is often open.

Our group sat in two rows of section 140, rows 3 and 5. The seat were behind right field. We quite liked this view of the game.

The Marlins has some really nice people working for them but they sure had some uptight people which could explain why it is one of the least popular ballparks among MLB fans. This made it hard to really relax and enjoy the game.

Staff was super uptight. I am not sure if the particular staff in our section was a group of micromanagers of of Marlins policy trains staff to micromanage fan behavior. One security guard in section 140 just stared at people and made people feel like they were doing something wrong. I was scared to get fruit snacks out of my jacket pocket for my kids in case the security guard objected. It was very uncomfortable. I noticed several fans feeling the discomfort and overhead others discussing why the security guard kept standing in front of our game view to scrutinize fans.

The staff makes fans clear out of the stadium the moment the game is called. I was cleaning up our trash from out snacks and the staff was barking at me to clear out. This was less than five minutes after the game ended. It makes for a very bad taste in ones mouth to be hassled and treated as if I am a misbehaving child. The staff followed me at an uncomfortably close distance to the stairs. It was strange. If that is protocol for the Marlins, I would suggested allowing people a reasonable amount of time to clear out (perhaps don't hassle people until 10 minutes after the game ends so people can take photos and enjoy the ballpark) and if it's not protocol, perhaps Marlins management could retrain staff and encourage a more enjoyable environment.

Still a fun game and ballpark. Not sure I'd rank it high on my list of favorite ballparks due to the very uptight atmosphere. Ball games are supposed to be relaxed and fun!! Glad to have been to this park. It sure is a nice ballpark! However, with the absurd amount of money in sports today, seems like all ballparks are quite nice!

Modern new baseball field with a dome, lots of parking and air conditioning. There is lots of security and ushers moving people into the garage and into their seats. We can’t go in with closed bags so I brought my plastic see-through stadium bag. There are cheerleaders that try to get things going and special evenings with fireworks and music. There are many varied food vendors unfortunately most are not special & are very expensive. Although the Marlins don’t bring in a crowd when they play teams from the north east fans come out.

There are times when we get into the parking lot in five or 10 minutes and last week it took us 90 minutes, Nobody seem to know which lots were opened or closed and we drove around missing out on our reserved spot in chaos. Mass transit to the stadium would surely make sense.

First off, I love baseball. I love going to all the ballparks around the country. I've been to this ballpark twice previously. But this time took the cake.

Pre-pay parking via App only is a must. You don't have a phone or don't want to install their app and use your personal data to pay for parking, then you can't park here.

No longer taking walk-ups for game day tickets. You have no choice but to purchase tickets online through the MLB app. What does that mean? You will now have to create an account on MLB website, provide a credit card and pay for your tickets electronically. Doing it this way will incur an additional $9+ in fees PER TICKET.

Not cash transactions. Most things are kiosk only now for food. You order it, pay for it with a credit card.

Most fans that show up are visiting fans. Home fans no doubt know of the financial impact.

It is outrageous for a team that hasn't had a winner plan in several seasons to cutback so much. I came to the ballpark to support baseball regardless of the team but to be extorted like this has now left an unwanted taste to return to this ballpark.

If you must go to this ballpark, buy your tickets via third party.

The stadium was clean and we purchased reasonably priced tickets for where we were sitting. Since the stadium has a roof, you don’t have to worry about a game getting “rained out”.

The lines at the concession stands are unbelievably long! You will probably miss an entire inning (or maybe two) if you leave to get food and drinks. Some stands allow you to pre-order food via a mobile app, but you still have to stand in line for pick up.

I might he a bit of a baseball snob being raised near Chicago, but there were no vendors going up and down the aisle selling food and drinks. Comparing my experience to other ballparks, having vendors in the stands might dramatically reduce the lines at the concession stands.

We had a great time - I would go back. Just don’t come hungry!

Not a Marlins fan, but we decided to go to a game before flying home from a vacation in southern FL. The tickets were crazy cheap, so it was hard to pass up!

The stadium is beautiful, so it's a shame they don't get better attendance. Parking is probably the best I've experienced at a sports event - multiple parking garages that are literally right next to the stadium. No shuttles, no mile-long walks in huge crowds, no sketchy people trying to sell you stuff. Walk out of your car, down the steps, and into the stadium. Parking is affordable at around $15, and you pay by plate (instead of waiting in line to pay the attendant). Concessions are your standard overpriced ballpark options - good choices, but pricey.

Definitely recommend going to a game if you're in the Miami area.

We are huge baseball fans, so when a trip to Miami came up in February, we knew we should visit the park. For only $10, we got a private tour of the stadium as nobody else signed up for our time slot. We got to see the visitors clubhouse, the VIP suites, the dugout, and the press box among other things. I'd highly recommend for any baseball fans.

My only gripe is the poor amount of information regarding parking and where to enter the park for this tour. We were 15 minutes late because it was unclear where the tour began.

My teen son and I are on a bit of a stadium tour. This happened to be the destination of our home team during our spring break. We caught two nights of baseball with the roof open. Parking nearby was very easy (we purchased in advance) and traffic direction around the stadium (and some construction) was handled well. In the ballpark, there are great food options and great views. A fun place to catch a game!

first time at this park. was hooked up with a ticket so i went. getting inside wasnt so bad, not a lot of people attend these games so getting a good seat is easy aswell as parking in the garages right next door. inside they have every food imaginable from south american nations. i ate something called a g.o.a.t. i believe it was a cuban sandwich of some sort it was very good. get you one of them. they even have a supermarket. they also have a bobble head museum with several different types of bobble heads from around the MLB. i had a really great time. saw jazz hit a grand slam and 2 other home runs. marlins won like 12-1. cant wait to come back. the main reason i went was to see the legend Donnie Baseball, don mattingly.
