If the judge allowing the state to ham fist a different case in with no established nexus between them so they can taint the jury by implying "He's a white-collar criminal, so obviously he murdered his wife and son" is 'fair', I don't want to know what you'd call unfair.

The point isn't "he's a white-collar criminal." It's that he was under tremendous pressure the day of the murders. That is how his financial crimes figure in ... his law license was at stake and Tinsley had his foot on his neck with the boat crash case

Bernie Madoff was under even more pressure and never murdered a soul 👀 theres always an exception to the rule but you gotta have the rule in order first most White-Collar Criminals aren't violent..

Again... people shouldn't have to "look outside" of the courtroom to find the truth. That was the point I was trying to make about you not allowing other opinions.. just because someone doesnt have nor want "your information" doesn't mean they're wrong in their thinking.
