Synopsis[]

Texas Ranger Cordell Walker, played by Jared Padalecki, has at last reintegrated into his role in family life on the ranch. Trivia[]
- The season order came a week after the second episode of Season 1, making it the first CW show to be renewed after only two episodes.
- The season returns on Thursdays at 8:00 PM, EST, and is once again paired with fellow CW series, Legacies.[11]
- Lindsay said that she thinks "Del Rio just so much bigger. It’s on such a different scale than what we’ve seen from Rodeo Kings and Northside Nation. I think this is something that no one realizes how big it is and how deep it goes and just how twisted it can be. I don’t know too much, but I just know it’s big." When previewing the Big Bad for this season. [12]
- Lindsay said she does believes Micki will be going undercover and we'll see how she explores that. [13]
Production[]
- Season two, like the first, is filmed in the state of Texas, production began in late-summer 2021.
- In October 2021, Morgan announced her exit from the series.[14]
- This is a major development due to her role in the show and her being the female lead.
- On February 21, 2022 her replacement was announced. [15]
