Archive is a must try fine dining for tourists and the locals. It is a new restaurant in the center of Tbilisi. The part of the place is actually a museum, where you will get a flavour of Georgian traditional winemaking and rich history of the country. The service, food and wine are exceptional. We highly recommend ordering chicken patee, the best we ever tried. The prices are on higher end but definitely worth it.

Visited at the end of a tour of the Georgian Wine museum. Sensational food, great wine choice and wonderful service. Highly recommended.
