      A lifelong comic book fan, Len Wiseman built a career that can only be described as every geek's dream come true - coming seemingly out of nowhere to co-create and direct a highly successful film franchise that pitted - joy of joys! - vampires against werewolves. Better yet, during the course of filming said dark tale, the lucky newcomer fell in love and married his sexy leather-clad lead actress, living happily ever after. (Or at least until 2015, when Wiseman and his wife of 11 years, Kate Beckinsale, separated; the divorce was finalized in October 2019.)
