Leisure Land is a restricted waterfront community on Cedar Creek Lake located in Payne Springs, Henderson County, TX. We have a wonderful neighborhood with a few amenities exclusive to our members. There are two private boat launches, a swim lot & a few vacant lots owned by the POA. We have a $100 annual membership due & $250 resale certification & transfer fee.

BOAT RAMPS & SWIM LOT ACCESS
Leisure Land has two boat ramps & a swim lot that can be enjoyed solely by its residents & guests of residents. If you are a resident & would like a key please reach out to Grace Donovan at (903)451-2396. Keys may be purchased from Grace for $25. Please be sure to lock up after using the ramps or swim lot. Please be sure to return the key if you sell your property & we can refund the $25 or you can arrange to leave the key for the next resident.
Need to report a public nuisance in the neighborhood? Click the button below to be taken the the Henderson County Fire Marshal online public nuisance form. We find that filling out the online form through the Henderson County Fire Marshal website provides a faster response versus calling their office due to the number of requests they receive. Filling out the online form provides an opportunity to provide additional details such as photos and is logged in their system.

The board has scheduled two meetings (open to all members) to be held at 9:30 a.m. at Harbor Baptist Church, 12059 TX-198, Mabank, TX 75156, on September 16, 2023 and on March 16, 2024. The next annual meeting will be held at the same location at 9:30 a.m. on May 18, 2024. Please mark your calendars.
