Lana Del Rey
Lana Del Rey (real name Elizabeth Grant) was born in New York City, and grew up in Lake Placid, N.Y. Her birthday is June 21, 1985, and her height is 5'7". She first began releasing music as Lizzy Grant, with EP 'Kill Kill' arriving in 2008. By 2010, she had rebranded herself as Lana Del Rey, and released her self-titled debut studio album; the album did not chart. Two years later, her sophomore album 'Born to Die' arrived, debuting and peaking at No. 2 on the Billboard 200. The album's first single, "Video Games," was her breakthrough song, making it to No. 91 on the Hot 100. Since then, she's accumulated several No. 1 albums (including 2014's 'Ultraviolence' and 2017's 'Lust for Life'), and worked with artists ranging from Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus to Ariana Grande, with The Weeknd being a frequent collaborator. Del Rey has been nominated for multiple Grammys, including best pop vocal album (for 'Lust for Life') and album of the year (2019's 'Norman F--king Rockwell!'). She received the Visionary Award at the 2023 Billboard Women in Music event.
