The few parts of this movie that actually have giant crocs (or alligators) loose and killing people are interesting, but for some reason that gets overtaken by an uninteresting story with even more uninteresting characters. I love lake placid, but this one got me angry, beachside it doesn't understand the franchise.

I'm a big fan of cheesy alligator movies so keep that in mind. I watched it a couple of weeks ago but it was so uninteresting that my memory is foggy on it. I needed to do a Rotton Tomato's review on it before I completely forget, so here it is. First of all there is about 5 minutes of lake in the whole entire freaking movie. That's like making a Christmas movie without snow. Blasphemous! It had some of the worst lighting I've ever seen in a movie. Nothing was funny. Nothing was scary. The sound design guy must of been eaten by a real alligator somewhere around the beginning of the movie. The CGI was worse than movies from 20 years ago. This movie is a hot steaming pile of crap that has been roasting in the summer inside a dumpster located on the equator. I liked the cover art. This finally explained the first movie, which was interesting. It wasn't very exciting of a movie though. Ending was predictable and not very developed characters.
