Terrible, the worse airline company we ever had flight with. Our return flight from Bangkok to NY was changed from April 16 to April 15 and we were forced to have 15 hrs overlay with staying in the Kuwait Airoport hotel room which looks like a small cell. First at all, I did not received timely notification about flight change , only 2 days before our flight. My autistic son and I were forced to cut our vacation time and change our plans along with hotel / taxi rebooking from other city . Kuwait Airlines just simply destroyed our vacation . For hard working mother with mentally disabled son everyday of vacation is valuable and we did not expect to spend that day in the Kuwait airoport " hotel". The customer service ignored my email and never answered in responce. Nothing has been done in order to make up for passengers who became victims of this such unreliable aircompany. Stay away and dont fly with Kuwait Airlways. It was our first and I hope the last terrible experience. Big regret for my wrong choice to fly with them...…

Worst airline ever. Please avoid at all cost. I boarded the plane was sitting next a family with newborn they requested to be seated with rest of the family members who were minors but the crew was really unhelpful and rude I was sitting behind them was shocked by the behavior wanted to speak to senior cabin crew but response was very rude and aggressive at one point a male senior cabin crew came was really unprofessional and may be drunk was threatening and aggressive.eveyone was so shocked by the behavior…

The flight was Saudi airlines but the check in was run by Kuwaiti airlines, one of the staff there was unprofessional, rude , his name was ABDUL RAHIM , Indian I guess , bad behaviour and arguing with the customer as he made assumptions on his head . I travelled from Islamabad International Airport on the 14th March 2024. Flight time was 0310hrs. At the Kuwait Checkin desk my luggage 3 peices of suitcases weighing 32kg was fine. But when it came to my hand luggage which I was over by 4kg which I was willing to pay the checkout desk counter asked for 15000rupees which I was willing to pay by card. When I was going to make the payment the payment changed to 55000 rupees I said that's incorrect and they given me a different price. This was totally unacceptable and totally rude staff I challenged this at the time and the staff wasn't having it as I had my daughter who was travelling with me her clothing and medication as she wasn't well. I was willing to pay for 4kg but your staff at Islamabad Airport forced me to pay 55000rupees for going over 4kg and then after the payment they took my hand luggage which was over 4kg and checked it in as a 4th peice which I didn't request and on the tag it said I had 55kg which I never had as you can't have 55kg in a small handbag. Staff refused to give me boarding card till I pay which I had to otherwise would have missed my flight as there Airport was very busy. This wasn't only me they have done this to few families while I was the at checkin desk. When I put in a complaint your airport staff Mr Kashif Mirza who's a manager said all UK passengers are the same. Below is his comment Passenger very sharp and try to get benefit of refund from bank who issue credit card or from Airline by creating a story, as normally uk bound paxs used to do like this. when passenger paid the excess baggage charges then he started blaming Pakistan/Pakistani people/muslims etc It's beyond a joke what their staff come out with. Full of robbers it's been over a month and still nothing been done about it after a complaint went in. Never use this airline their staff on the rob in Islamabad as you can tell what they think of their passengers.…

We as a family of 3 travelled with them 12 th of September 23, from Manchester to Pakistan, via Kuwait. When we reached our destination whole the people which boarded from Manchester, their luggage was left in Kuwait. We all waited around the belt for about 1½ hour and were told by their staff, about this. They only had two people filling the forms for the missing luggage, which took another 2½ hours. We were told that it will arrive on the next day flight, but arrived after 3 days. It cost me around £300 in a taxi to go and pick it up. After that i made a complaint regarding this on their website and after about 7 months got a reply that , the complaint team has forwarded the issue to the relevant department and it won't happen again, but there is nothing they can do further.
