As news broke that Kristen Wiig and fiancé Avi Rothman welcomed twins via surrogate earlier this year, the family was spotted out and about for a walk in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The “Bridesmaids” star and her husband-to-be each wore a baby carrier as they strolled through their neighborhood. They protected their babies from the sun with coordinating patterned bucket hats.
Wiig, 46, also concealed herself with the help of an oversized hat and scarf around her face.
Wiig appeared to hint at becoming a mom during the “Saturday Night Live” Mother’s Day special.
“I don’t know if I truly appreciated my mom the first 45 years of my life,” she said. “But this year I’m feeling especially grateful for her advice, her love. I’m so thankful for all the things she’s taught me, like preparing me to be a mom myself.”
Wiig and Rothman got engaged in August 2019 after more than three years of dating.
Wiig was previously married to Hayes Hargrove from 2005 to 2009.
