Players will know Abigail for being a romanceable character in Stardew Valley, her enthusiasm for eating geodes, and the several in-game hours she spends staring at a microwave. Despite her father's protests, as seen in one particular cut scene, Abigail is also determined to delve further into the mines and is passionate about fighting monsters, even if she gets hurt in the process.

For example, she played Hit-Girl in Kick-Ass, a foul-mouthed vigilante keen to throw herself into action-packed sequences. Moretz has also portrayed multiple rebellious teenagers during her career, such as the manipulative yet sweet Kaylie Hooper in 30 Rock and the courageous and resilient Cassie Sullivan in The 5th Wave.

Despite a tragic backstory surrounding his parents, which is why Alex lives with his grandparents, Evelyn and George, Alex's sweet persona makes him a Stardew Valley favorite. The jock is often found outside his home playing with a football. He is sometimes found with Haley, and lines of dialogue from both characters have implied that there's more to their friendship.

Although Captain America star Chris Evans might be too old to play Alex, this hasn't stopped films from casting actors who are older than their characters in the past. Evans has famously portrayed sport-focused characters who are considered to be on the less intelligent side, such as Jake Wyler in Not Another Teen Movie. He also played Lucas Lee in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, who also bears a resemblance to Alex, mainly because he seems to have a blonde woman on his arm most of the time.

Caroline is a great character in the game and will surely be the same in a live-action movie, especially because once the player's friendship with her reaches level 2, they're gifted a recipe to grow their own tea leaves after a brilliant yet trippy cut scene.

Kristen Schaal is known for playing some of the weirdest characters in TV and movies. For example, her portrayal of the Guide in What We Do in the Shadows is filled with plenty of hilarious moments, and the same can be said for her voice acting as Louise Belcher in Bob's Burgers. Schaal, with green hair and a delightful obsession with tea, could be a perfect option when casting Caroline.
