Workin' It with Kim K
I bought the DVD because I'm a huge fan of the Kardashians and all of their business ventures. It doesn't matter if you like the family or not - they look good and have healthy bodies - why wouldn't you want to look like them? Anyway, I bought the DVD and although Kim's choice of clothing isn't necessarily geared towards an intense workout, my body was already feeling the burn before we got through the warm-up. By the end of part one, I was sweating profoundly, but felt absolutely great. The rest of the DVD contains part two of the abs and upper body workout, as well as an "Bonus Ab Blaster." The only downfall to this DVD is that you need a step and hand weights. (I totally used some canned goods as the hand weights for the same results). A step, however, is a little bit harder to come by. If you can make it past the warm up and part one, you'll feel accomplished. Kim Kardashian's Fit in Your Jeans by Friday Amazing Abs Body Sculpt is definitely worth ten dollars and I truthfully believe I'll continue to see results.Read full review

Kim K. Workout
It was so hard to find a non Jennifer Galardi dance aerobic workout. But this DVD was on time. It took me a little wow to get this one because I wasn't taking Kim K. serious because her name and pics were on the DVD case and she is not a Personal Trainer. So I read the description really well then saw Jen Galardi's working out Ms. Kardashian. Got the DVD put it right on and was pleased with the exercises chosen and performed. I just bought an Aerobic Step this DVD uses one in great sequence.

Beyond My Expectations!
I love this DVD! I am a curvy woman who wants to tone up but still keep my curves, so I decided to workout with Kim as she is a very curvaceous woman. At first, I was skeptical because it was Kim Kardashian and her repertoire does not include that of a personal trainer. However, she enlists the help of her personal trainer, and they go through a tough two part upper body and ab workout. I also enjoy the dialog that goes on between Kim and Jennifer as it seems as though you are there and it's not scripted. I alternate this video with her other Fit in Your Jeans by Friday video, Ultimate Butt Body Sculpt and I feel and look great. I recommend the series to other women and if possible will market it on my website. Go Kim! You gave us curvy girls a workout of our own!

This DVD is not completely bad, because the exercises seem effective for the most part. The problem is that Kim keeps complaining about how hard everything is (she is lifting what looks like 1 pound weights) and at one point she tells her trainer to finish the exercise without out her. This is pretty annoying when you are a more seasoned exerciser. It feels somewhat unprofessional and it's not very challenging (I used 12 lb weights). Even though I'm not a fan of Jennifer Galardi (the real instructor), she does a good job in this workout. I would not recommend the DVD though unless you are a big fan of Kim as there are much better ones out there.

Great for beginners
I had the butt blaster version (volume 1) and it worked excellent for me so i decided to try this one. Im a beginner to areobics and working out and these dvds are easy to use yet they kick your booty. You do need a step stepper but the weights are optional.
