      Awesome Company to buy from.
      Incredible customer service, especially for replacing parts of an order that are either missing or non functioning.
      Excellent packaging. Quick delivery.
      "Almost" everything you need to operate a foid service business.
      Definitely have everything you would need to open a food service business. Except an automatic donut making machine! But that's understandable. A donut maker is kinda a specialized item.

      I own a large general contracting firm. Doing $8-10M per year in construction. I deal with hundreds of dealers for plumbing, appliances and lighting fixtures. THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE VENDOR I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. They are unscrupulous and unethical. They will absolutely steel your money. They don't care if it is within the warranty period and you have an approved return authorization. They will take the return back, stop answering your calls and emails and keep your money. its crazy... They need do everyone a favor and just go out of business.

      They are thieves literally , the charged my credit card 2000$ for an item I haven't received at all , waiting for my money back for almost 2 months.

      They are lying on me, and keeps saying they will refund the mony but they never did .

      Stay away from them. They're Theives.

      On Feb 3, 2023, I ordered 12 sets of Victorinox Serrated wood handled steak knife sets for a customer. Apparently, what looked like the serrated ones were straight edge. Katom shipped 3 of the 12 sets, and when I received them, I called and asked what was going on with the order. I told the person on the phone that I needed the backordered ones checked and to cancel them if they were not serrated. She checked and assured me they were serrated.
      When the rest of the order arrived, they were all straight edged. I contacted returns, and was asked for photos of the knives. I sent the photos on 3/15/23. Mikaela G responded with the info that the part number ordered was the straight edge spear point knives. I was given a return authorization and was informed there would be a 25% restocking fee.
      I called sales and talked to Sarah H on 3/15. She sent a sales quote for the 12 sets of serrated knives to me and I discussed the return and 25% fee with her. I told her I would not return the knives while losing 25%, and would sell them on eBay, and buy the serrated knives elsewhere. We agreed to have me buy the serrated knives from Katom, and that I would be charged a 10% restocking fee after placing the order and return of original knives was received by Katom.
      I placed the order on the same day, and shipped the return in 2 shipments to Katom on 3/16/2023. The return(s) were received by Katom on 3/21/2023 at 8:39AM.
      I received a refund of $319.97 on 3/21. I called about the rest of the refund and was told it was processing. I received the final refund of $959.92 on 4/10/2023. Total refunded was $1279.89. The sale was for $1687.44. The 10% restocking charge would have been $168.70. The restocking fee charged was $407.55, the 25%.
      I called many times, and was told that the difference ($238.81) would be refunded. It never was. I talked to Mikaela a few times during this process, and she verified the sales dept agreed to 10% restocking charge to get the last sale. I have never received the money owed me. ($238.81)
      My experience with Katom and their customer service is one of, if not the, worst I have had with any Vendor in my life. I feel I was misled and ignored or put off through the whole process. At this point I would tell anyone to avoid dealing with them for any reason. Use another vendor or do without the product.

      I can only say that the delivery system is not verry good if you need something in a timely manner. some items are not to show up for weeks and others for a month. there is no way to properly track anything. I can not really review products I do not have. ease of ordering and taking your money is fast.

      I ordered a set of plates that came in the wrong color and glaze finish. I have been trying to return for 3 weeks. We will see if they actually issue me an RMA with a return shipping label which I have been requesting repeatedly. So far I have not had a positive experience from this company.

      If you want to pay for a restocking fee for the wrong item that they shipped and if you would like it to take 6 months to get your refund on a wrong item that was sent than this is the place to go! The lady in charge of refunds has to be the worst human possible to be in charge of customer service. Never again will I use this terrible business.

      Never i repeat NEVER order from this company. We received a damaged freezer and they are going to charge us for the return shipping plus a percent restocking fee!! EXTREMELY bad customer service!!!!!!!!!!

      Ordered items in May knowing of potential backorder/delay with COVID. Only way to track the order is through email order number since the account history doesn't contain purchase history for some reason. In any case, called several times to check on the status and seemed to always get a run around. Finally in October I am told that the manufacturer has not

      This is the most fantastic kitchen store ever! Probably my third visit. Although intended for commercial businesses it's open to the public.
      They are woman owned.
      And, they have the largest selection of kitchen aid mixers!
      Staff is amazingly helpful, as I was searching for perforated sheet trays. They checked with their warehouse and brought them out! Amazing customer service!
