Justine Musk, aka Jennifer Justine Wilson, was born on 2 September 1972 in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. She grew up in her hometown and got her high school degree from a local school. 

After that, she studied at Queen's University, Kingston, Canada. Justine holds a degree in English literature. 

Justine Musk Is An Author

After Justine Musk graduated from Queen's University, she relocated to Japan and used to teach English there. She moved from Japan to Australia and finally settled in California. 

In an interview with Marie Claire, Justine stated that she always aspired to become an author. In 2005, she published her first book BloodAngel. She released her second book in 2007 entitled Uninvited by publisher paw Prints. 

A year later, in 2008, she brought the sequel of BloodAngel, Lord of Bones. Some of her other books are  The Mammoth Book of Vampire Romance 2 (2009), Kiss Me Deadly: 13 Tales of Paranormal Love (2010), and  The House that Made Me: Writers Reflect on the Places and People that Defined Them (2016).

According to Quora, Justine Musk is estimated to have a net worth of $2 million. Her primary source of income is from the sales of her books. 

She added a huge sum to her fortune after she divorced multi-billionaire Elon Musk. Sources have it that Justine asked $80 thousand monthly alimony and $2 million cash in a divorce settlement. 

On the other hand, Elon gave Justine around $6 million cash, 10% of his stocks in SpaceX, and $200 thousand costing Tesla Roadster car.

Relationship With Ex-Husband Elon Musk: Called It A Toxic One

According to Marie Claire, the divorce between Justine Musk and Elon Musk is recorded as one of the messiest divorces in America's history. 

Justine and her ex-husband Elon met each other while they were still university students at Queen's University. They both fell in love and later married in January 2000 in an intimate wedding ceremony. 

In 2002, their first child Nevada was born, who died ten weeks after the birth due to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). 

After that, all the children were born through In vitro fertilization (IVF). In 2004, Justine gave birth to twin boys, Xavier and Griffin. And in 2006, she delivered triplets Damian, Saxon, and Kai. 

Two years later, on 13 September 2008, Justine Musk announced her divorce from Elon Musk. The parents of five share equal custody over their children. 

After a couple of years of their divorce, Justine collaborated with the monthly magazine, Marie Claire. She contributed to an article entitled "I Was a Starter Wife": Inside America's Messiest Divorce. 

In the article, she described their married relationship was a toxic one. She also claimed to be the "model ex-wife".
