Dozens of our students competed in the New York State Odyssey Of The Mind competition in Syracuse on March 13.
Odyssey Of The Mind is an international creative thinking competition. OM consists of writing, performance, design, construction, and improvisational components.
Teams from Binghamton High School, East Middle School, West Middle School, Calvin Coolidge Elementary, Thomas Jefferson Elementary, and Woodrow Wilson Elementary all competed. The Binghamton High School Problem 5, Division 3 team, made up by Jesi Cureton, Abigail Gonzalez-DeLeon, Etana Murray, Julia Otero, Madelyn Taylor, and Lydia Thompson, received a trophy for finishing in third place for their section.
