Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service.

Why do you have such a "high volume of customer enquiries "????

Lots of faults and breakages???

TWO MONTHS AND STILL WAITING for a response to my initial email.

Have sent it again a week ago.

I have a product that is deteriorating rapidly, and is still in the warranty period.

It should not be breaking at all considering you're supposed to be a high quality brand.

No phone line to call, no other recourse.

I will no longer be recommending you to anyone, because the after care is non-existent. Which in my book, is part and parcel of being a good brand.

Great customer service

We had a Totum Max 60L bin with a faulty handle. After liaising with customer services, Annalise arranged a replacement to be sent, and despite a delay with stock, she didn’t forget about us, and sent us a replacement as soon as they became available.

Joseph Joseph EU FRAUD

Update on 1/04: No contact was made following reply from Joseph Joseph. This is clearly just done to create the impression that they take complaints seriously. These guys are scammers and behaving fraudulently, DO NOT SHOP DIRECTLY WITH THEM.

I placed an order weeks ago with Joseph Joseph EU online and they immediately took the payment and showed an online order confirmation. I did not receive this by email and after a few days I reached out to them via email (no other contact details available) and after receiving no reply, I sent multiple other emails that have been ignored. It’s been weeks and I haven’t heard anything and they still have my money.

Fault on flip- up adjustable draining board

Purchased a flip-up dish drainer two years ago.One of the folding racks has snapped.The company say they have no spares and it is out of guarantee.Their items are expensive and they should be fit for purpose for longer.It’s design over substance.
Sadly the company are just not interested in customer satisfaction,only in profits.Reply from company states my query was solved which is incorrect.It was answered but far from solved

Faulty Trash Can

We had an issue with a Totem trash can 60L and I mailed multiple times with no response. I had thought we would not hear back, and then we received a response asking for the video of the issue and within 48H they replaced the faulty bin. Once we heard from them it was seamless, but the time it took was frustrating.

horrible customer service

No contact from customer service about my missing order despite having emailed over a week ago! £110 gone with nothing to show for it. No contact number or live chat available for uk. Horrendous won’t be buying again and I expect a full refund for the lack of goods!!

Excellent customer support

Unfortunately, I received two damaged items in my delivery. Most likely damaged in transit.

I contacted customer support. Within a couple of emails, Joana resolved my issue. Excellent customer support and very pleasant to deal with.

Joseph Joseph Extend™ Expandable Dish Drainer is very unhygienic and poorly designed

I bought my Joseph Joseph dish drainer a while ago and to begin with I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread. But actually it is very unhygienic and poorly designed. It does not drain particularly well and food waste therefore accumulates at the various drainage points. Over a period of just a few days this food waste becomes mushy and putrid which results in a really bad smell of rotting food and waste – similar to what you would smell in a drainage pipe. I am having to clean the dish drainer at least once a week. Basically it’s a poorly designed dish drainer. I would not recommend this product - a great concept badly executed.

Great products and brilliant Customer Service

I have been a Joseph Joseph customer for some time as I love the products; I have a range of items and purchase either through their website or from other retailers.
About 18 months ago I purchased two Totem bins, one via Amazon and the other through their website.
The first one recently broke so feeling most disappointed I contacted the Customer Service Team.
Jemimah swiftly responded, requested a couple of details and invited me to order a replacement unit - this was done with empathy, speed and professionalism……. my query was turned round in one day. Such brilliant customer service, well done Jemimah (you really made my day!). My faith never faltered but if it had, it would have been restored!
My replacement bin is due to arrive today already ☺️

to and fro…

After a certain amount of to and fro emails, and some of them written by a JJ AI bot I expect, I finally got Annelise to reply in person and replace the faulty dish rack. In the end commendable service.

Contacted customer service about faulty…

Contacted customer service about faulty podium 3 piece storage set on the 30th January. To date I have not received any response and they advise if you chase, your enquiry will go to the back of the queue.
Telephone number not taking calls, no reply to emails so how do you get faulty products replaced?
Up until now, I couldn’t praise the products or customer service enough but I will think twice about buying anything in the future.

Non-existent customer service

Purchased an ironing board, but it came with a broken handle. I sent an email about the product arriving damaged the same day the order was delivered (15.02.2024) and still no response from them (04.03.2024). Sent a second email to the eu specific info email (21.02.2024) and also no reply from there. Awful service, would not recommend ordering anything from them because it seems like a recurring issue (judging from the other reviews). Very disappointing.

Punishment for continuing to make contact

I contacted Joesph Joesph on 01/31/24 via email to inquire about a replacement lid for a hamper that cracked. I received duplicate automated responses stating they will respond when they are ready and if attempted contact is continued to be made - the request will be pushed to the back of the queue. The customer service contact number allows you to leave a message. Calls were not returned. This is astounding and appalling that a business can treat customers this way and expect to grow and thrive long term. Potential customers should be aware of how Joesph Joesph will respond to service needs AFTER your purchase.

Purchased an item over 10 days ago…

Purchased an item over 10 days ago directly through Joseph Joseph. Originally received a message from their chosen courier, Evri to say on its way 8 days ago. Since courier message changed to 'issue - your parcel is delayed' twice. There's no way to call Joseph Joseph customer sercices and no way to call Evri. I emailed Joseph Joseph last week and still no response. Horrible customer service experience so far.

Sent email reference faulty bin lid…

Sent email reference faulty bin lid response took nearly a month. Replacement agreed 3 weeks later nothing despite chasing via email. No telephone number on website but found number elsewhere rang only to get recorded message saying this number is not currently accepting calls.
Clearly this company no longer wants to engage with customers or provide any decent level of customer service.

UPDATE
Following posting this review thanks to Joy this matter has been resolved satisfactorily, however it seems a shame that I had to resort using to Trustpilot.
