Everton: Anthony Gordon and Kobbie Mainoo name Jordan Pickford in best England five-a-side team
Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford has been named in a best England five-a-side team by Anthony Gordon and Kobbie Mainoo.
The Newcastle United and Manchester United stars chose the Toffees number one as their goalkeeper in the team, based on players in the current squad.
All three Premier League aces are in Gareth Southgate’s latest squad for the friendly meetings with Brazil and Belgium.
As per the official England YouTube channel (22 March), former Goodison Park star Gordon named Pickford, John Stones, Phil Foden, Jude Bellingham and Harry Kane in his team, with Red Devils ace Mainoo selecting the same five.

Southgate will have a lot of tough decisions to make before Euro 2024 this summer, where his England squad will meet Serbia, Denmark and Slovenia in the group stages.
But up first are friendly meetings with Brazil and Belgium this month, followed by final friendlies against Bosnia and Herzegovina and Iceland in June.
The man in the dugout now has the chance to see which players are up for the task of representing their nation at a major tournament, with the Three Lions surely in with a good chance of lifting their trophy thanks to their very talented squad.
But such an abundance of talent means heavy competition for places, with young Everton centre-back Jarrad Branthwaite set to find that out the hard way this week.
Gordon and Mainoo will be in the same position, although all three players certainly deserve plenty of credit for making it into the latest squad.
