Voltage has financed “Killer Joe,” “The Company You Keep,”  “The Hurt Locker” and “Dallas Buyers Club.”

Voltage recently completed “Fathers and Daughters,” directed by Gabriele Muccino and starring Russell Crowe, Amanda Seyfried and Aaron Paul; and “Good Kill,” directed by Andrew Niccol and starring Ethan Hawke. Its upcoming releases also include “The Secret Scripture,” directed by Jim Sheridan and starring Rooney Mara, and “Knock Knock,” directed by Eli Roth, with Keanu Reeves starring.

“Over the past 10 years, we have built Voltage from a small, two-person venture into what it is today,”” Chartier said. “By adding Jonathan and his vast expertise to our already strong team, we are excited to continue strengthening and expanding Voltage as a leader in independent film.”

Deckter said, “We are going to do our best to fulfill what the marketplace demands: premium content and smart, commercial, edgy films.”
