John is local and shared his wealth of knowledge as well as resources, with fast responses. Post the transaction, John continues to be trusted resource. * He stuck to what we wanted. Ever worked with a realtor who pushes more expensive properties, or properties that don't resemble your wish list? John listened to our "had to have" and "nice to have" lists carefully. He shared relevant listings and kept asking questions to better represent us. * Resilience - we entered the market in March, just as COVID-19 became a "thing." What a time to be buying, selling and making a major move! John adapted and used new technology to virtually preview properties with us.
