A panel of judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit is expected to decide as early as Tuesday afternoon whether to stay a Manhattan grand jury subpoena for President Donald Trump’s financial records.

Attorneys for Trump and Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. answered questions Tuesday morning from Judges Robert Katzmann, John M. Walker Jr. and Raymond J. Lohier Jr. in the latest stage of the prolonged dispute over the subpoena, which was issued in August 2019.
