Pascal Watty is one of the founders of First Genesis, Inc. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Watty plays a critical role in development and management of new markets for the company. Mr. Watty's focus has been on strategic planning, new business development, financial management, operations, and overseeing the vision for First Genesis. Mr. Watty has a unique ability to motivate the spirit of individuals to share his focus on quality and integrity. His contributions over the years has undoubtedly positioned the company for growth, year after year.

Ron Watty

Chief Technology Officer

Ron Watty is one of the founders of First Genesis, Inc and brings over 30+ years of entrepreneurial and creative experience in information technology startups, consulting, emerging technology, product management, and product development. He has extensive experience in operations management, product and service marketing, and new technology market development. Mr. Watty's background in emerging technology industry gives him a clear vision that directs the technology goals of First Genesis.

Joe Chirco

Executive Vice President

Joe Chirco is an accomplished systems, sales, and business management professional with over thirty years of experience in generating revenues and profits in the highly competitive telecommunications and systems integration industries. Mr. Chirco was formerly the president of Intelligent Medicine, Inc. (IMED). He is recognized as a leader in delivering innovative telemedicine solutions who was elected Chairman of the American Telemedicine Association's Industry Advisory Board. He was also one of four industry advisors to the ATA's conference supporting Bio-Terrorism Response and Telemedicine.

Roger Johansson

Chief Solution Officer

Roger specializes in performance, cloud and hyper-scale computing, team management, and technology strategies. He is passionate about developer-team culture, developer communities, and pushing the limits of modern technology. Worldwide, Roger is ranked as top 25 C# developer and 315 Go based on his efforts in the opensource and developer communities. He is the creator and was one of the core developers of the popular Akka.NET Actor Model framework and is the creator of Proto.Actor which is a continuation of the lessons learned from Akka.NET. He is a frequent conference speaker at large conference such as DevSum, NDC Oslo, Leetspeak, InfoQ Brazil, and many more.

Trice Johnson

Chief Innovation Officer

Trice Johnson is a global innovation executive, published book author, and digital leadership coach focused on disruptive Web 3.0 technologies such as GenAI (e.g., ChatGPT), Advanced Machine Learning, Blockchain & Distributed Ledger Technologies, Internet of Things (IoT), Metaverse platforms, and emerging digital ecosystems. Her research and work over the past two decades have focused on helping Fortune Global 500 business leaders to adopt bold strategies to prepare for their digital future. Trice spent two decades at Microsoft as a leader in emerging and innovative technologies, making significant impacts across a diverse range of sectors, including Energy Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Banking & Capital Markets, Healthcare, Government, Mining, and Agriculture. Presently, as the Chief Innovation Officer at First Genesis Inc., Trice is at the forefront of creating and implementing cutting-edge digital innovation strategies. Her role involves developing go-to-market plans and scalable business frameworks internally and for clients. Currently, Trice is pioneering the development of carbon management solutions aimed at assisting companies in achieving net-zero emissions. Her approach integrates enhanced energy efficiency, progressive decarbonization, innovative carbon credit schemes, and advanced Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) strategies. As a seasoned executive advisor, Trice is deeply committed to empowering businesses, startups, and nonprofit leaders to realize their distinct innovative capacities and attain success beyond conventional boundaries. Trice’s personal passions include her work with many nonprofit organizations mentoring & empowering women and youth underrepresented in STEM fields.

Mark Waddleton

Mark Waddleton is an experienced leader whose initiative drives value creation for the company. He has held executive positions leading cross-functional organizations in both the public and private sector. Most recently, he has focused his talents in the digital supply chain space. As a Harvard Business School graduate, - with undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering and Physics. Mark is proficient in galvanizing teams by fostering cooperation in service of delivering actionable and sustainable results. As a past President, Mark remains active on the Board of ISM-Houston as Director of Strategy and Innovation.

Susan Wilkinson

Vice President Marketing

Susan Wilkinson is an award-winning marketer with over 25 years of brand management, communications and marketing experience. She has worked with big brands in multiple industries for both profit and non-profit entities. A recent OMCP (Online Marketing Certified Professional), Susan oversees all marketing aspects for First Genesis. In her spare time she volunteers with United States Veterans, her church and various animal charities.
