The Tennessee Titans have signed another veteran offensive lineman to compete for reps in training camp.

The Titans announced the signing of center Jimmy Murray on Wednesday, waiving undrafted free agent receiver Jacob Copeland in the process. Murray spent time on the Titans' practice squad in 2021 and has been with four other teams since his NFL career began in 2018. Murray hasn't seen live action in a game since his rookie year with the Kansas City Chiefs, but has since had stints with the New York Jets, Baltimore Ravens and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Copeland was one of four undrafted free agents the Titans brought in this spring at receiver. Without Copeland, the Titans still have UDFAs Kearis Jackson, Gavin Holmes and Tre'Shaun Harrison as well as seventh-round pick Colton Dowell.

Murray is the second veteran offensive linemen the Titans have signed during training camp. The team also added tackle Chris Hubbard, most recently of the Cleveland Browns, who is competing for the team's starting right tackle spot while second-year player Nicholas Petit-Frere serves his six-game suspension to begin the year.
