Listening to the pronouncements on Cuba by our cardboard President I wonder what the hell the United States is trying to do in Latin America? Biden, a lifelong hack of little mind and that going south, runs on, or his ventriloquist does, about his support for the Cuban people. He cares deeply about the Cuban people. Yes he does. So why does this malignant drab want to ruin their lives? He is placing more sanctions against the island. Is he too stupid to realize that sanctions hurt only the people, not the leaders, who can get their prime rib and good bourbon anyway? Or does he simply not care?

If there is any place on this or any other planet that poses less danger to America than Cuba, except Venezuela or maybe some undiscovered tribe in the Brazilian rainforest, I can’t imagine who. There are eleven million Cubans, and all but about five want to work, drink, play with their children, and make phenomenal music that would send the solemn horses’ asses of the thinktanks into therapy. For sixty years the goddam United States has tried to starve them, sanction them, make them as miserable as possible out of a weird sort of Nordic sadism. It is sickening.

Kamala might not stand for it. Of course, standing is not her primary talent.

What does this wind-up political toy know about Cuba? Joe presides, dimly, over a country that for over half a century has done everything it can to ensure the misery of those eleven million innocent people, doing everything it can to make their lives as hard as possible. But Joe, he of the forty-weight sincerity probably learned at Central Casting, feels for the Cuban people. Yes, he does. Where did we get this guy?

Has the sadistic muppet ever even been to Cuba? I have, years ago on a magazine assignment. I had to get permission from Treasury under the Trading with the Enemy Act. Why? The Cubans were not my enemy. They aren’t anybody’s enemy. We found them to be, to our unsurprise, friendly and hospitable people, even though we were from the country that is their chief source of misery. We—my wife and I—spent a fair few nights in a cheap outdoor restaurant on the malecón, watching the waves shatter against the breakwater with a roar and burst of spume and chatting with the clientele. Curiously, neither they nor the other people we met resembled the evil communists imagined by the First Pabulum Dispenser on Pennsylvania Avenue. On other occasions, Violeta being mildly crazy, we spent hours walking the poor sections, streets lined with buildings of an age now past falling apart from the general poverty of the island. All in all, an agreeable Latin American country but ground down by merciless American strangulation.

But, you see, it’s for democracy and human rights. America is all about human rights. Ask the Vietnamese, Cambodians, Laos, Iraqis, Syrians, Afghans, Somalis, Yeminis, Libyans, Iranians, Venezuelans.

Why does America torture Cuba? Because Washington divides countries into two categories, those that submit, and enemies. Which countries don’t lick American boots? Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, and…Cuba. America does everything, and will do everything it can to crush the disobedient: embargos, sanctions, invasion, isolation from the world financial system, coups, assassination, tariffs, bombing. When vassals it calls allies, such as Europe, begin to show independence, as by allowing Nordstream II, it sanctions them as readily as it does the enemies. But, see, it isn’t to protect the Empire, to hurt anybody to any extent to remain dominant, to ruin millions upon millions of people who have no interest in politics, in order to maintain hegemony. No. It’s to overthrow dictators. Except those useful to Washington, which it frequently installs.

Is it possible that Biden believes his own twaddle? He is not a pinnacle of neuronal radiance, having finished low in his class in a mediocre law school, after being caught cheating. He appears to have little experience of the world. Yes, as VP he met a hundred world leaders in diplomatic banquets. But has he ever lived in another country? Walked its neighborhoods? Eaten in the side streets? Dated its women? Talked politics with other than the political class? Does he speak another language?

An eerie disconnect lies between America’s rulers and the America they rule, the world they live in. For example, Latin immigration is a crucial issue in America. How much time has Biden spent in, say, Mexico? In the great barrio of East LA? Race relations between black and white are a disaster. When was the last time he dined in Anacostia, Washington’s main black neighborhood? Has he ever been to Anacostia? The police, their behavior, problems, and the world in which they work, rock the country. Has Biden ever been in a police car? Has he any idea of the bad sections at three a.m., of the reality of the streets?

America is constantly at war. Has he been in a war? Seen one? Has he even been in the military?

But he torments the Cubans. For truth, justice, and the American way. Which is the problem. This is the American way.

This is not new. American government has been dropping toward the level of Belize for decades. We had the Clintons selling favors to sordid foreign governments and Bill doing chunky interns in the Offal Office when he wasn’t with Hill in Epstein’s underage ginch island. We had Bush II, who was mostly just dim, a flickering bulb in no danger of kidnapping by Mensa. Trump, a crooked real-estate hustler with the elegance of a truss ad, now under criminal investigation. At the moment we are supernally blessed with Biden with a kid deep in furtive shenanigans involving influence peddling to Ukraine. The morals of the Sinaloa cartel, the intellect of Reader’s Digest, warbling in three-part harmony about transgender rights.

Kamala is not without qualifications but, if Joe made use of them, he would be in divorce court.

The country is in the hands of Thorazine cases. Of pathologically aggressive mongooses, or mongoslings. I wouldn’t trust them to run a lemonade stand, even with supervision by their mothers much less a country bristling with overpriced weaponry that might, unexpectedly, actually work at an awkward moment.

The proportion of draft dodgers among our current martial virgins illuminates their unfamiliarity with America. Bush II, who sheltered in the National Guard. Cheney (I had other priorities). Trump, a golden crested cockatoo speaking English like a brain-damaged twelve-year-old and threatening North Korea with fire and brimstone. Pompeo, who hid in the Navy, a non-combat outfit. Bolton, with his codpiece mustache. Biden, who played football in college but developed asthma whenever in the vicinity of a draft board.

Maybe the warlike posturing of these Beltway isolates is to persuade themselves that they are of one blood with Hells Angels. I imagine all three of Trump’s fern-bar Napoleons, Bannon, Pompeo, and Bolton, sitting in a dark room in the West Wing, masturbating furiously in passionate autolubricity while reading bayonet catalogs, with Trump in the next room tirelessly watching reruns of himself on Fox News. And Biden, sending the Navy to say nya-nya-nay to the Russians in the Black Sea, bowwow, woof, grrr. pondering whether to start World War Three as a publicity stunt in time for the midterms. But none of these was going to risk his sweet ass in a war when he could send some kid from Memphis.

Look at Washington’s, now Biden’s, foreign policy. The Russians and Chinese work on a trade route over the Arctic to have a shorter route than through Suez. Biden hyperventilates, Views With Alarm, and sends warships to Confront Russia. How do you confront a trade route ? No end upset with China; Biden gets a pack of poodle countries to send warships to deter Beijing in the Indian Ocean. Deter it from what? What do they think China is going to do to the Indian Ocean? Poison it? Drain it? Now we have all sorts of poodleties driving warships around the Black Sea, to Send a Message to Russia. Why not Western Union? Gmail? Little boys saying, “Nya nya nya.” Really. They are just like teen-age gangs with their stupid turf wars.

Now we have Biden, a leftover Cold Warrior who performs the three duties essential in a President, obeying Israel, protecting Wall Street, and shoveling money into the arms industry. Joe could be done in software as a senior project at a good high school and no one would know the difference. Think of the savings. Instead of flying expensively to foreign countries, he could be emailed. But he won’t allow remittances to Cubans because he wants to starve them. What did the lady say about the banality of evil? The man, if he quite is one, makes me sick.

  4. very one-sided. Let’s clarify:

    Cuba: Communist tyranny.

    ‘Murka: Zionist tyranny.

    common denominator:

    Jews.

  5. The Cubans trade with all sorts of countries, including Canada, the entire EU, Latin America and Russia. (They even have a Canadian pizza chain in Cuba) Blaming their misery on the U.S. is beyond laughable. Also, the embargo exempts medical supplies, which Cuba shouldn’t need anyway, as they have the best medical system anywhere–so say people like Reed–until it doesn’t work, and then it’s not Cuba’s fault. As for the 60 years of claimed immiseration, Cuba’s communists stole factories and land from private citizens, many of them American. Without compensation. This is a violation of international law. I’d say a good embargo was in order.

  6. It makes little sense to blame Joe Biden. He’s just a senile puppet of the Jews. Indeed, he is perfect exemplar of what has become of the White Goy Elites. They are little pimps serving the Jewish mafia dons. This latest Cuban business is all about Florida. Trump won Florida decisively in 2020 because he played on the Cuban vote. Apparently, Obama’s semi-conciliatory policy toward Cuba rubbed off badly on many Cubanos. As Florida is a key swing state, it’s mostly a matter of electoral politics. True, Cuba, as an ally of Venezuela, which in turn has warm relations with Iran, has upset many Jewish hegemonists who cannot tolerate anything that defies, directly or indirectly, Zion.

What is to be done about this? Cold War is long over, and US should stop with the sanctions against Cuba. But both political parties play to the Cuban-American vote which is most decisive in Florida. Is there any viable solution? I think there is, something akin to the Indian Casino Policy. Casinos were allowed to proliferate all across the fruited plains on the basis of their reparatory benefit to Indians. Personally, I think it was a bad idea to expand casinos as gambling is theft and invariably Jews will skim off the casinos as the ‘Injuns’ are too ill-educated and backward to run the daily operations, but that’s neither here nor there.
Anyway, there might be a way to sweeten the bitter pill of ending the anti-Cuban sanctions for Cuban-Americans. How about, for the next fifty years, all the (or at least 50% of) business between US and Cuba must be through the Cuban-American community? Lots of money to be made by Cuban-Americans, and ‘greed’ alone might persuade the Cubans in Florida to take the deal. Just like Indians got a sweet deal with the casinos, give Cuban-Americans an extra-sweet deal in the prospect of ending sanctions. All or much of the selling to Cuba must be done through Cuban-American businesses. And Cuban goods must be brought to the US via Cuban-American owned companies. That might be a win-win for both those who want the sanctions to end and the Cuban-American community that figures to cash in on doing business with the devil.
It could be called THE WILD BUNCH solution. In one scene, the young Mexican bandit Angel refuses to go along on the train heist but changes his mind on condition that he could take one case of rifles and one case of ammo. Angel did it for his village at the cost of his share of gold, but gold is what usually mints the deal. It’s like the guy in STATE AND MAIN. Jews gave him money, and he just goes along.

Cornel West says that most of his black colleagues failed to back him because they are afraid of Jews. He’d be closer to the mark in telling them, “Jews gave you money.” If not Jews, then super-rich oligeeks like Jeff Bezos in cahoots with Zionists. He gave $100 million to Vance Jones the ‘communist’. You can bet Jones won’t make much fuss about super-capitalism or Zionism; he will just spout off about those ‘white supremacist’ truckers and opioid-addicts. If commerce can buy commies, it sure can buy Cubanos in America into accepting the end of sanctions on Cuba. For all their principled protestation against Castroite Tyranny and Communist Evil, they will sing another tune when ending-sanctions comes to mean mucho dinero for the Cuban-American community. Mormons want to invest in Cuba? They have to go through the Cuban-American community. Jews want to invest in Cuba? They need Cuban-American contacts. Hindus and Chinese-Americans want to invest in Cuba? Call you local Cubano. (Of course, Jews will be one exception. More than Cubans, they own Florida and there’s no way Cuban-Americans are going to say NO to anything Jews demand.)

While the continuation of sanctions after the Cold War made little sense, the Left hasn’t made much sense either. On the one hand, they say US and capitalism are all about exploitation and piggery. If so, shouldn’t Communist Cuba be blessed for not having economic relations with the capitalist Yanqui US? And yet, the very communistas or socialistas, who condemn the US and capitalism, argue for economic ties and trade between Cuba and the capitalist US. Why is this? It seems capitalism works a helluva lot better than communism or radical socialism. And even social-democracy needs a vital capitalist base that produces goods and wealth that can sustain a degree of socialism. Communism was bound to fail because it’s like City Hall running everything. Imagine if your city hall or town hall had to run all the hotels, restaurants, health clubs, boutiques, markets, auto-shops, drug stores, computer stores, electronics services, and etc. There’s no way it would be efficient.

Granted, it’s understandable why Cuba turned against capitalism. Its variant in Cuba was associated with old oligarchy, the mafia, CIA shenanigans, Jewish bankers, and all-around US-meddling. Cuba was turned into something like Disney Land for the hedonists, degenerates, hoodlums, goons, and imperialists. In that, Fidel Castro and his men did achieve something heroic. And it’s understandable why Cuban Independence couldn’t allow ‘liberal democracy’ and ‘free trade’. So-called Liberal Democracy is really rule by money. US-funded or US-associated Cubans(as puppets) would have gained control of all media and institutions, and the ‘democratic’ politicians would have been shills like Marco Rubio. The Yeltsin-Russia of the 1990s was proof that ‘liberal democracy’ is bound to fail when rich and powerful foreign forces meddle in domestic affairs. Russians weren’t allowed to develop and shape their own democracy but had to live under one imposed by World Jewry that protected Jewish gangsterism and fostered Russian cuck-compradors. To this day, Vladimir Putin hasn’t done enough to remove this poison. (Jewish media always play up sensational stories about Russia poisoning this person or that person, but Jewish Power poisons entire nations with financial blood-sucking, globo-homo degeneracy, and socio-cultural destabilization.)
To the extent that Fidel Castro created an independent Cuba, he did good for his country.

Where he failed was in adopting communism than fascism. Now, given the negative connotations of the term, it wouldn’t have made sense to call any system ‘fascist’. But one can have fascism with a different name. Look at current Israel, Russia, and China. They are closest to the fascist model. Israel and Russia are democracies but, especially in Israel, there is a higher principle than mere ‘liberality’ or ‘individualism’. The core political theme of Israel is Jewishness, Jewish state, Jewish identity, Jewish culture, Jewish unity, Jewish survival, and Jewish power. Where Zionism went wrong was it turned imperialist and morphed into Yinon-ism, but Zionism, at least as a limited nationalism, is far more viable than the so-called ‘liberal democratic’ model of the US, Canada, and EU, now in disarray because its central emphasis on ‘individuality’ and ‘liberality’ prevent those systems from emphasizing the core themes of ethnos, territory, and heritage — with the rise of Political Correctness, ‘Wokeness’, and Censchwarzship, the so-called Liberal West is even losing freedoms and rights once associated with individual liberty and conscience. (The only racial/cultural identity and nationalism that white people are allowed to express is their gushing and undying support for Jewish People and Israel.) Another problem with ‘liberal democracy’ is the super-rich end up controlling everything. Worse, as businessmen tend to be shallow/hollow, they come under the influence of rasputin-like charlatans. Look at the US today. Consider the super-rich hollow/shallow jerks like Jeff Bezos, Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, and the like. Sure, they are smart people but have nothing on their minds but making money. So, to burnish their credentials as Good, Committed, and Important People, they consult the ‘leading’ ‘intellectuals’ and ‘activists’ who are either crazy, cynical, delusional, and/or opportunistic. (If Jewish-controlled media promote Kendi X as the guru of the moment, all these rich fools are slobbering all over him and the like. Jews do control the gods.)

Then, ‘woke capital’ makes perfect sense. These shallow rich people are smart enough to make money but shallow/hollow about everything else. Out of fear, anxiety, and/or desire for approval, they latch onto the latest fads and fashions foisted by the ‘intellectual’ class ensconced in the elite institutions of media and academia, both of which are controlled by Jews. To be sure, in a paradoxical way, the current West is profoundly ultra-nationalist precisely because it is so extremely anti-nationalist, i.e. in the interest of “Is it good for Jews”-based ultra-nationalism, all vestiges of white nationalism must be expunged. Jews suppress nationalism among whites not as a general anti-nationalist principle but to bolster and secure their own nationalism-imperialism, much like the British suppressed Indian Nationalism to maintain British national-imperialist rule over India.

This is why a secure and healthy system must be fascist. Mao Zedong was nutty in many ways, but he was sensible about how Politics must command Economics. As a young man, he’d seen how so many business-minded Chinese were willing to sell out their nation for personal profits in association with imperialists. He didn’t want China to become one big Hong Kong. And Castro understood this as well as he grew up in a Cuba dominated by US gangster-capitalism. What the capitalists couldn’t do in the US(which has some rules and regulations), they did in Cuba as if the island-nation was little more than one big Red-Light District for Ugly Americans.
Where both Mao and Castro failed was in throwing out the baby with the bathwater. Instead of working to develop national capital, they waged total war on capital and enterprise, thus depriving their nations of incentives and innovations necessary for a modern economy. But China since Deng’s reforms understood this. It followed in the footsteps of Japan and the so-called Asian Tigers, and then, Vietnam followed as well. Though China and Vietnam lagged behind in economic growth, they had one advantage. They created systems where Political Power would control Economic Power, whereas Japan and the ‘Asian Tigers'(especially with the advent of ‘liberal democracy’) became all about corporate dominance. Just like shallow/hollow business class of the West, the ones in Japan now promote jungle fever and ones in Taiwan & South Korea promote tranny craziness and globo-homo nonsense. Businessmen are soulless and, if allowed to rule, will just take cues from charlatans drawn from the so-called ‘intellectual’ class. (What passes for intellectualism in a world defined by Popular Culture is mostly junk. Idolatry over Ideology.) And in our post-religious age where so many are hungry for spiritual meaning, the cult of vanity and narcissism(especially of Negroes and Homos) is provided for the pop-culture and political-correctness addled masses. Fascism provides a Moses-like prophetic figure to counter-balance the excessive influence of the Golden-Calfers. How the history of Cuba could have been different if Castro had chosen a fascist than a communist path. He could have had a far healthier economy with elements of capitalism and socialism, both bound to nationalism and sovereignty.

Of course, there is the black problem in Cuba. Though no one wants to live in a police state, Cuba has done better with its black problem because blacks have a tendency to abuse freedom and go wild. While a police state suppresses a lot of good freedom, it also clamps down on bad freedom, and so, the black problem never got to the level of Brazil or Venezuela. Still, Cuba suffers from TMB or Too-Many-Blacks, and the liberalization of society may turn parts of like the favelos of Brazil or the hellholes of South Africa & Haiti.

All people have national pride. With the embargo and sanctions the Castro family can make the reasonable case that their problems stem from gringo cruelty and hostility. If the embargo and sanction were lifted then the Castro family would have NOBODY left to blame. The Cuban people are not stupid. They will see that there is little difference between their lives pre and post embargo. With post embargo access to the world and its offering they will resist the Castro family. Stop being a Stupid American. Lift the embargo and within short order the Cuban people will rise up and sweep the Castros away.

  12. This one’s pretty inexplicable, Fred, since Biden has more or less assumed a hands off policy on the Cubans demonstrating against their government, and has refused to accept Cuban refugees.

The nations with the most communist tyranny are those of the West, because their governments don’t even recognize the bodily sovereignty of the individual. Everyone must be vaxxed. Personal rights and liberties must be sacrificed to the State (i.e. to Lord Fauci) for the “greater good.”

Cuban-Americans have always been exempt from the “sanctions”. They import cheap stuff from Cuba and sell it for high profit in The United States. How do I know? Because my cousin’s girlfriend operates a shop doing exactly that. Cuban-Americans support the sanctions out of vested material interest, wouldn’t you?

  32. @Priss Factor

Why would Miami Cubans be for more sanctions? Surely they’re the ones who send remittances to their relatives in Cuba and the ones who make use of the direct Miami – Havana flights to visit said relatives. Other US citizens have to fly to Havana via third countries and make sure that they don’t get a Cuban stamp in their passport lest the Treasury Department find out. Who do you think those direct flight between Havana and Miami were set up for? Surely not for regular American tourists.

  39. Someone please explain to me why the U.S. Embargo is such a big deal. Almost all countries south of the U.S, Border trade with Cuba, as does most of Europe and Asia. What can they not get due to the embargo? What can they not get from other countries? Most of our major trading partners either ignore the embargo or bypass it through shell companies in shell countries.

As a thought experiment, let’s pick a country that America does not deal with economically- say, North Korea. What do they produce or extract that any American can’t get elsewhere? I have been to Cuba. It’s a shithole. As are most Central American countries. Most third world countries are too, and a lot of the second world as well.

Cuba needs an excuse for their economic non-performance, and the embargo gives them one. Much like the anti-semites here need an excuse to explain their lower earnings and less success than many (not all) Jews.

I don’t think it’s a crime if our country chooses to punish a tyranical regime- I think the world was better off when we DIDN’T trade with China.

Westerners think that economic efficiency is all that matters. Most of what makes countries interesting are their idiosyncratic economic INEFFICIENCIES. What is more enjoyable- shoppimg for food at Wal-Mart or shopping for food at a French Village Market? A French manual laborer eats better than an American CEO. He has a better health care system too, and the French public school system is better than the American public school system as well (with a few exceptions, like Jefferson in Charlottesville, which the Blacks and Hispanics are busily destroying- as the Arabs in France are destroying good French schools too, for that matter). His wife is likely more feminine and stylish than the American CEO’s as well, to add insult to injury.

Most of the differences in the world are racial, and the U.S. is leading the charge amongst the race-denialsts. Ever notice how similar Black countries are, how similar White countries are, how similar Brown Mestizo countries are, how similar North Asian countries are, etc.?

I was at the MTV music awards show a few years back. As I had no interest in watching or listening to the crap that passes for music these days, I drove the Escalade around to find a coffee shop to pass the time.

As soon as you maake a turn around the corner from the red carpet, in a block you enter a time and place slip. You are in Tegucigalpa. Dogs running all over, street vendors cooking on 50-gallon drums, tents covering stalls with merchandise, kids all over- it was Central America transplanted. All just behind the Staples Center. I drove around the block a few times, with a video camera just to confirm what I was seeing.

The third world, in all its glory. Coming soon to a neighborhood near you, courtesy of Free Trade. Free Trade inevitably means free trade in not just things, but eventually people and diseases and mores too.

In actual fact the Communist Manifesto was in circulation for many years before Marx’ name was widely enough recognized to establish his authorship for this revolutionary handbook. All Karl Marx really did was to update and codify the very same revolutionary plans and principles set down seventy years earlier by Adam Weishaupt, the founder of the Order of Illuminati in Bavaria. And, it is widely acknowledged by serious scholars of this subject that the League of Just Men was simply an extension of the Illuminati which was forced to go deep underground after it was exposed by a raid in 1786 conducted by the Bavarian authorities.” Gary Allen,

There’s a key element missing in this partially accurate analysis — the symbiotic relationship between the Cuban communists who ran the show (Fidel and Raul) — strange that Fred never mentions their names — and the 10 U.S. Presidents that Fidel outlasted. Fidel needed that hated U.S, Goliath to keep his “David” image with the Cuban people and the third world. The U.S government needed a communist close by to have the communist threat to keep its spy community and military happy. Castro secretly must have loved the U.S. anti-commies. Because of them he never had to hold an election in his 60 years and was able to keep his choke hold on the Cuban people. Please Fred, allocate the blame more evenly.

Anyway, the embargo was always a cruel and stupid policy (and not just against Cuba, against Iraq and Iran), punishing children and actually enforcing the tyranny of the leaders.

    Not as simple as that.

The annual cash flow from the USA to Cuba exceed the cash flow from the USSR to Cuba ever. 5.2 billion dollars flows from the USA to Cuba since President Obama, the media calls that an embargo. For a long time, the USA has been one of Cuba’s top trading partner and food supplier.
What the Embargo stipulates is that Castro pays for all those agriculture products from the USA, cash up front. Every country who have refused to embargo Cuba and sell on credit have been robbed blind by the Castro regime. The USSR pumped 50 billion dollars into Cuba which greatly helped bankrupt the USSR, the USSR was ripped off by Castro regime.

  54. Let’s see! Apart from the White (Spanish origin) families who were kicked out from the ownership of the island by the Castro Brothers and who settled in the US (mostly in Miami) wanting their properties back and their egging on successive administrations to strangle the mass of their former slaves in their erstwhile homeland, what else could it be that is driving the “Nordic” madness to be so sadist toward the Cuban people?

In short, banking, property, gambling, sugar, rum, cigars, vacation, education interests to name just the main ones. What do I mean by the above brief list?

Money: Miami is the New York (Wall Street) of South America. A great deal of money from the ruling classes (stolen, of course) in addition to the illicit drug loot ends up in those banking towers.

Property: South Florida real estate boom could collapse just like that tower in Surfside as New Yorkers (well to do) would rather fly extra half an hour to the unspoiled landscape of the island.

Gambling: Havana was a hotspot back in the 50s and it can very well give Atlantic City run for those billions and prostitution, if made legal, would kill many a casino in Las Vegas. Why would anyone drive 2 to 3 hours on god awful roads to go to AC in dirty New Jersey when in the same amount of time one can fly to tropical Havana?

Sugar: Fanjul Brothers would go out of the sugar business and (not to mention stop polluting Lake Okeechobee with runoff) stop corrupting politicians here.

Rum: Havana Club (pronounced cloob) would sink the mediocre Bacardi and Captain Morgan and with it, put a big dent on Puerto Rico and other island nations.

Cigars: Mexico to Costa Rica and all other pretenders to great cigars, especially, the Dominican Republic would be crying blues.

Vacation: Disney World in Havana or filming in Cuba or just plain vacationing on pristine beaches and dining on warm water lobsters all cheaper than a flight to Orlando.

Education: University of Havana is the oldest higher education institution in the western hemisphere. As it can become Harvard of Spanish language education, what would happen to the education dollars presently pouring in America from Latin America? Not a pretty picture!

There could be a lot more including in the medical field; ever heard of Cuban doctors and nurses going overseas to help out?

All of the above could easily become a reality in a Cuba that was freed from sanctions. Of course, it would have to be a regime that respects and protects life, liberty and pursuit of property.

A resurgent Cuba would seriously threaten interest of a lot people, cities and even countries. And perhaps, that’s the reason the chains that keep the enterprising Cubans locked in the island prison.

However, I’ll give credit to Fred Reed for at least suggesting a solution this time. Yes, keep out of the affairs of Cuba – let it go. The Cold War, necessary to prevent to world from going Communist, is long over – it’s been over 30 years.

That doesn’t mean that Mr. Reed supports anyone who has tried to implement his solution – that is, the staying TF out of all the world’s problems (and not creating new ones in the process). One guy, who Fred Reed LUVS LUVS LUVS to make fun of, going by the name of Trump, had promised to do just that, back in’16. Whether he was neo-conned by Javanka or threatened, I dunno, but it never happened. Would you expect better out of a guy straight out of the Establishment, Zhou Bai Dien?

Now, if we try to just keep out all additional Cubans, seeing as like most of the Latin American crowd, they tend to go for the Revolución! thing every once in a while, then of course Mr. Reed will deride anyone who wants to simply keep America – what’s left of it – intact, population-wise.

Sure Freddy , but did you get to meet these guys in your lovely trip to Cuba?
Since 1 January 1959, thousands of persons have been shot without trial by the brutal Castro regime. From the list of such cases, between 1961 and 1970, some examples: Lydia Pérez León, died during childbirth in the prison for women in Guanajay, at the age of 21, in January 1961. She was refused medical assistance during a pregnancy with complications. Her husband, also a prisoner in another establishment, hanged himself when he heard about the death of his wife and his son.
Juan Pereira Varela (Juanín). Student, 21 years of age. Arrested in Havanna and shot without trial in Pinar del Rio, on December 17, 1961.
Julio Medina, died at Castillo del Príncipe, of an asthma attack, without receiving medical care.
The following also died in 1974, the exact date of death undetermined: José Pereda, Tomás Aguirre, Ramón Quesada, Julio Hernández, Filiberto Polledo Morales, Gastón Vidal, Manuel Cuevas, and Luis Alvarez Ríos.
All of them, except for Roberto López Chavez, who died on a hunger strike without receiving medical care, were killed with clubs, machetes or bayonets, or shot to death by Castro’s thug goons, while the famous compulsory labor plan was being enforced. In 1967, the Isla de Pinos prison was torn down, and the prisoners were distributed among the many places of imprisonment on the island of Cuba.

Have you heard of their names before Freddy? How many Americans heard about them? Your Capitalist Murican media never told Americans about them and refuse to do so. Why do the billion dollars rich Media corporation love Castro’s commie regime so much? Have you asked your Freddy?
Have you Freddy or most Muricans ever heard of Rafael Fernández Varela, beaten to death at La Cabaña fortress? Or Francisco Balbuena Calzadilla, lost his mind and died as a result of the physical tortures he suffered in the Cuban concentration camps of Las Gavetas de San Ramón and Tres Maceos, in Oriente? Or Eduardo Molina and Alfredo Carrión Obeso, who died in the Castro Regime’s concentration Camp of Melena No. 2, without receiving medical care? Or Carmelo Cuadra, who died as a result of a hunger strike, without receiving medical care, in La Cabaña, Havanna? Or René Amoedo Bueno who died of an asthma attack, without receiving medical care, when he was being transferred from the Melena No. 2 concentration camp to Castillo del Príncipe, in Havanna. Or José Francisco Mira, who had participated in the Girón invasion, died at Melena No. 2, without receiving medical care?
Esteban Ramos Dessel and Ibrahim Torres Martínez died in “shuttered cells” in Boniato jail, on February 4 and 7 respectively, having been denied medical care. Their corpses were discovered because of the stench.
Lázaro San Martín was shot to death at 5 ½ jail, Pinar del Río, in December 1972.
Enrique García Cuevas died on a hunger strike, without receiving medical care, in cell No. 4 of the new Provincial Jail of Santa Clara, Cuba on June 24, 1973.
Diosdado Camejo died of anemia and malnutrition, in Morón jail, early in 1973.
Oscar Morales Pascual died of illness, without having received medical care, in the Security Center No. 4, of Manacas, Las Villas,in Castro’s Cuba in March 1973.
Olegario Charlot Pileta. This young black man died on a hunger strike, without receiving medical care, in the famous “staircase” of Boniato prison, in January 1973.
Marcelo Díaz was imprisoned at the Manacas concentration camp in Cuba; he was transferred to the G-2 “repressive corps,” in Santa Clara. A few days later his family was informed that he had hanged himself in his cell. This occurred in early 1974.
Manuel Ruiz del Cristo, 56, died of cancer in La Cabaña, Havanna, without receiving medical care, on Monday, January 14, 1974, at 3:20 p.m.

Have you heard of their names Fred? There are far far more, just the tiny tip of the iceberg. Sure the filthy whore Corporate Murican media will not inform yall about these unfortunate people, but I shall write their names. All victims of Castro’s shitty regime.

It isn’t about communism, it’s about theft. As I mentioned earlier, the state theft of factories, land, intellectual property, involving numerous corporations and private citizens. International law says that these victims must be paid. This was a big deal in the early days of the revolution, as the Cubans were actually trying to negotiate something, although their tactics were predictably insane. They offered something like 2 cents on the dollar for seized assets, which they knew would be laughed out of court, so here we are.

Same thing with Israel-Palestine. That, too, is about theft. The Nakba involved the confiscation of homes, olive groves and businesses. Palestinians will never let that go, nor should they. If someone stole your home in 1948, or 1960, you’d go to your grave seeking compensation.

  68. @Priss Factor

It makes little sense to blame Joe Biden. He’s just a senile puppet of the Jews.

On the contrary it makes perfect sense to blame Biden because he is and always has been a willing, knowing (if not enthusiastic) puppet, as were his predecessors. By your “reasoning” nobody can be blamed for anything they do, e.g. the jewish collective is blameless since they’re just following Satan’s orders. Without the long-standing cooperation of traitorous scum like Biden, the evil at the top would not now be in a position to threaten all life on earth.

  69. I love Fred, but he is dead wrong. The Communist regime in Cuba has done more real damage to the United States than the Russians ever did. Yes, it is tough for the Cubans on the island but we have every right to maintain the pressure until the regime either decides to reform or collapses. I lived in Cuba for two years. At least 90 percent of the people hate the regime. The ten percent who support it are the most vicious, corrupt, stupid, and criminal people on the whole island. Not for nothing do ordinary Cubans call them “shiteaters”. We should make it clear to the thugs in power in Havana that they will pay a very personal price for what they have done.
I have no love for Biden but he has decided to take this action for a good reason. Unlike Fred, he has the intelligence information that shows him what the Cubans are really up to, and none of it is good.
The image of “tiny little Cuba bullied by the USA” is bunk. We have a nest of murdering Reds 90 miles from Key West and it is an abscess that should have been lanced long ago.

The same programs Steve Sailer is rightly bringing up, this new “Equity” bullshit, which, as Mr. Sailer wittily says, means equity as in your home equity have been seen before, all over the world. We have plenty of examples from the 20th century. Formerly it was “land reform” as theft, but with not but a percentage point or two of Americans living on farmland or owning much of it nowadays, it is going to be about “neighborhood reform”, “community reform”, and “generational wealth” reform, as Mr. Sailer just wrote about yesterday.*

None dare are bright enough to call it Communism.

Anyone who does not see this as Communism is no student of history, and is not only doomed, but DESERVES to repeat this misery.

I don’t keep up with the Israeli’s/Palestinians for the very same reason. America should have stayed out of that 80 years ago, and should stay TF out today! As for:

Well, I will admit I’d be sore about it and not support the same thieves or their ilk in the future. However, no, I would not base the rest of my life on it. The Palestinians do need to move on with their lives. It’s not the first time this has happened, and they are at least alive, contrary to what’s happened in many other occurrences of war and political violence.

Your insight on Cuba is very appreciated, thanks. I remember reading about Cuba years ago, how it was before the Castros (similar to how many places in the world were pleasant, 1st world destinations before TPTB turned its evil gaze upon them) took hold of it. What has happened since has been one of the great unspoken crimes against humanity over the last 60 years. What makes it more egregious is that the US gov’t could have easily deposed Castro if they wanted to, but I don’t think the CIA or the DOD really wanted him gone.

But don’t hold it against normie Americans like AEN and myself who have immigration fatigue and want it brought to full stop and more. It’s nothing personal against Cubans (or Mexicans, Chinamyns, Arabs, etc). We’d like to keep our country the way it was, or should be.. just like Cubans would like to have their country back the way it once was or should be.

I always wonder why the same people who go on and on about the blessed Palestinians and the terrible wrong allegedly done to people trying to genocide a large chunk of the few Jews left at the time don’t seem to care about the 600,000 Jews thrown out of Arab countries by Arabs just after Israel’s founding? Where is their compensation? Were they offered even .02 on the dollar?

NO, they were thrown out and accepted by Israel. No doubt the Arabs hoped to get them in all one place and kill them in a future war. But the Arabs couldn’t pull it off.

Israel accepted them as refugees and integrated them into Israel. These were people who had lived in these Arab countries for thousands of years before Mohammed molested his first goat, never mind fucked his first 9 year old girl. The Arabs came in and took over and forced the inhabitants to convert to the religion of pedophilia or live as a dhimmi. Why shouldn’t this historic wrong be rectified as well?

The Greeks in Cyprus, the French in Algeria, Sudeten Germans, “Asians” in Uganda, Dutch Whites in Indonesia, Muslims and Hindus during the partition of India, etc., etc. This isn’t a one-time deal. The Palestinians are STILL not wanted by their brother Arabs, Maybe they realize something the rest of us don’t?

But do you ever hear about the losses of any of these people or others like them? The people who lost everything in East Germany, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Poland, etc.? For some bizarre reason it only seems to bother people when Jews are involved, as a people who successfully fought back.

When I start seeing some sense of proportion about the concerns of any of the MILLIONS of refugees who were pushed out or fled from their homelands, as opposed to only hearing about camel-fucking pieces of crap, then I’ll start taking grievances seriously. It is obvious that Jew-hatred is behind this constant Palestinian carping. What about the Armenians? The Kurds? The list goes on and on. Tibetans? All of the displaced peoples of the Soviet Union? Heck, the American Indians too! I think there’s even something going on in Rhodesia or South Africa- not sure what. Any idea?

Why do they care more about a dead issue (the Palestinians) than they do about the displacement of their fellow Whites in these countries? Do they fetishize the Blacks to the point of ignoring their own?

They don’t even give a crap about the Cubans who lost everything, both those in Cuba and their refugee communities.

A liitle less Jew-hatred and some reading would do these mouth breathers a world of good.

  82. I don’t understand why you think Biden has anything to do with Cuban policy specifically or foreign policy in general. At best he can choose different rhetoric or put in a good or bad word the actual policy makers might agree to to consider. Joe Biden is and always has been a hustler and is good at playing the courtier game but he’s not the fucking emperor.

US foreign policy is made by a structure some call the Deep State but that is misleading because it causes us to think of a room of guys either a chairman issuing findings and decrees but that’s not how Washington works.

The Empire is run by a distributed neural network with emergent intelligence properties. There is no need for Iluminati, Jewish, or Catholic conspiracies though something like this conspiracies do exist they are being overwhelmed by the existence of this network that is cultivating its own agenda out of a series of lightening fast calculations which move faster than human calculations and are becoming increasingly autonomous. There are countries that are mainly not subject to this network and they are, thus, enemies. Now the Deep State seeks to isolate and undermine any force that opposes the Regime not because any alternative views are good or bad but because those views can undermine trust in the organs of the Deep State which now include all major institutions in the USA and, increasingly, in the subject countries.

The Deep State will turn our country and perhaps the world into a panopticon where even bodily functions and brain activity will be monitored by the network we will be, as in the Matrix movies, be governed by machines with their own agenda which is a deeper subject than I can address here.

    .
How Communism arrived in Cuba. Communism arrived in Cuba though deceit and intrigue in 1959. Check the video below at 10:23 minutes, a clip is played where Castro announced that he was not a Communist, he was promising “Democratic Reform”. he never told the Cuban people that he intended to impose a Marxist Communist dictatorship in Cuba.
Huber Matos Benítez, who was a Commandant in Castro’s “Revolution”, an anti-Communist (also anti-Batista) seeing that the ranks were being filled by Communists tried to resign his post, sent a number of letters of resignation to Fidel Castro which Castro rejected until he accepted one and slime-ball Castro publicly denounced Huber Matos as a “traitor” for accusing Castro of being a Communist and put Matos in trail and 20 years in prison!!! So Castro called Matos a traitor for calling Castro a Communist!!! LOL. Well guess what, a year and half later, Castro infact came out of the closet and announced that he was infant a Lenninst Communist, Huber Matos was not released but served his entire sentence!!! So Castro was promising to restore the Old pre-Batista democratic order and he was so convincing that his movement lobbied Washington DC to impose an arms embargo on the Cuban Government of Batista. Yes, Castro successfully lobbied Washington for an arms embargo on Cuba. This American embargo on Castro’s request against Batista in 1958 led to Batista fleeing Cuba. He had lost support of the USA, backstabbed. like the Chinese KMT and South Vietnam.
In 1959, Castrato farted promises to the Cuban people democracy, freedom of expression, rule of law. At the same time he was making those speeches to fool the Cuban people, he was threatening newspapers against printing anything negative about him or they would suffer dire consequences. So Castrato and his Satanic Commie army mass executed newspaper people and broadcasted them. At 12:52 minutes in the video below we can see a clip of one of those executions. Check out the number of Afro Cubans executed by the Commie sadist killers. This was broadcast to terrorize the Cuban population to implement his control. So while he was erecting his totalitarian Marxist dictatorship regime, he kept denying he was a Communist. This same pattern was repeated, fooling the masses, in Venezuela, Nicaragua and else where.

On 2nd December 1961, where he said “If we had paused to tell the people that we were Marxist Leninist, while we were on Pico Turquino and not yet strong it is possible we would have never been able to descend to the plains (from the mountains)“. Communism and the Communist party were deeply unpopular in Cuba because of their links to the previous two dictatorships. There were Communists that wound up in Castro’s regime who have been in Fulgencio Batista’s regime (who BTW was center left not right winged) and the Commies had also supported the previous military dictator from the 1920s Cuba, that of Gerardo Machado. They were deeply unpopular in Cuba and thus Castro had to hide his true Communist Marxist beliefs of the Cuban people would have fought back more. As Castro started consolidating his regime, soon dissidents emerged such as Huber Matos but some of those who fought with Castro against the Batista regime, returned to the hills and fought the Escambray rebellion for six years aginst the Castro regime. The CIA supported it for a short period of time and back-stabbed them as usual as they often do to anti-Communists. It was led by ex-guerrilla that had fought against Batista before, but rejected the sudden Marxist turn the Cuban Revolution had taken. Small landowning farmers, who disagreed with the socialist government’s collectivization of Cuban farmlands also played a central role in the failed rebellion. Castro shat in his pink panties and immediately asked help from the USSR. 400 Soviet counter insurgency experts had to assist Castro against these rebels to train the Cuban troops to combat them. Without Soviet help, the rebels would have screwed the Castro regime easy. Even with Soviet help and CIA back-stab of the rebels, it still took Castro SIX YEARS to crush those rebels in the mountains. It involved relocating entire populations from that region and setting them up in internment camps. How many people know about this? The Cubans would later use these skills in other places like in Africa and Latin America. After the Escambray rebellion was crushed by the Castrato regimo, 10 years later a new movement emerges. The Cuban Committee for Human rights. This included many Diplomats and even many left winged professors disillusioned with the Castro regime. One of the founders was Cuban University Professor Ricardo Bofill and they started to document the human rights abuses taking place in Cuba under the brutal Castro regime. They would send to reports to embassies and the UN Human Rights commission. Many movements were started by the Cuban population against the Castro regime but during the Obama years, they got screwed by Obama

  85. Malla says:

Castro had an interest in Venezuela from the very beginning. Venezuelans know about this at that time, as Che was advising the Government of Rómulo Betancourt to use firing squads against his opponents. Che then instigated riots in Caracas and now a Betancourt, finally in his senses, Venezuela broke all diplomatic relations with Cuba and Betancourt asked the army to squash the rioting as Betancourt realised that it was an attempt to install a regime similar to that in Cuba. Cuban Communist leader Blas Roca Calderio told in Havana in Jan 1963, “When the Communists get full control and make themselves OWNERS of the great riches in Oil, Aluminum and everything their earth imprisons (Venezuela), then all of America shall burn”. Three tons of weapons were found on a Venezuelan beach to help bring regime change by disrupting democratic elections, the same way done in Cuba earlier by Castrato and his thug gang.
In Africa we often hear about Cuba in Angola but one chapter not spoken about much is Cuba in Ethiopia. In the 1980’s there was a huge famine in Ethiopia where hundreds of thousand Ethiopians died of hunger. well, that was a manufactured famine to consolidate Communist control in Ethiopia. There 17000 troops on the ground there assisting. Both Fidel and Raoul Castro traveled to Ethiopia during that time and met with the Communist thug Warlord Mengistu Haile Mariam to review the troops and to congratulate on his “great efforts“. And Castro had wonderful things to say (glorious People’s famine maybe?) about Mengistu tothe Communist East German dictator Erich Ernst Paul Honecker. There is footage in the video by John Suarez about this visit by Castrato gang to Ethiopian regime at 31:08 minutes. You can see Castro meeting Cuban military officials in Ethiopia in the video. The Cuban Communist thug troops in Ethiopia were going directly against the Ethiopian population’s means of survival. These Communist troops were poisoning and bombing water holes and machine gunning herds of cattle.

  86. Fred is off the mark on this one.

The sanctions excuse doesn’t make any sense. The liberal media repeats it without applying any critical thinking. It’s a “feel good” excuse that ignores history.

Cuba is free to trade with the rest of the world. Does Communism depend on trading with the US?

But more importantly when the RSA was under sanctions by the entire world their standard of living was still higher.

Cuba is ran by bitter leftists that know Marxism doesn’t work but also don’t want to admit that and give up their power. It’s a relic of cold war.

The sadistic policy is on the part of Cuba. They still take away people in the night that speak out against the government. Leftists have to suppress dissent by any means necessary because their worldview is so flawed.

I fully support lifting the sanctions because they really don’t matter. They can already buy anything they want from Mao’s Slave Emporium. Their economy is PATHETIC as seen by the fact that their exports only totaled 1.2 billion in 2019. Walmart takes in more revenue in a single day.

Cuba can trade with all the world. If a Spaniard decides to build a hotel in Cuba he soon learns he has a 51% partner, the communist Cuban government. Most wages are looted by the government. Before Castro it was the wealthiest Spanish speaking nation in the Americas. Today it is vying with Haiti for the poorest place in the new world. Businesses from around the world attempted ventures in Cuba then had to abandon these, not because of American embargoes but be because of the criminal commie government.

Their health care is appalling. The simplest drugs and bandages are not available to 95% of the population. The 5% have everything they want. They rule by the ‘boot on the neck’ model. As this column was written people in Cuba have been imprisoned or worse for protesting their overlords.

The US government can’t stomach the thought of our neighbor 90 miles from our shore having a healthcare system that does not gouge the population and where everybody is in and nobody’s out.

I guess it left you and your family out of the loot.

You want your whorehouses and casinos to come back while 98% of the population live in squalor, there is always Columbia and the not-so-Virgin Islands. Have at it. Keep your fucking hands off Cuba.

This embargo wont last much longer, as long as US keeps fucking with Russia and China. They will park a battle group right off the coast of Havana, with all the freebies that the Cuban government can have. And very soon.

Cuban people just want economic freedom. They are happy with socialism and all that it offers.

Fred has it just right. Once the embargo is lifted, the people will decide the fate of this government. One thing is for sure though. US will go down in history as one of the cruelest empires ever and will forever remain in the shit list of history.

In my experience, cryptos I’ve known, in the manner of Fidel Castro, Tony Fauci, or Dick Durbin, have a deep-seated, homicidal hatred for white Christians whom they blame for forcing their families to lead a false life.

How funny that self-styled kosher cooking maven Tony Fauci, who shucked off the facade of being an Italian Catholic from Holy Cross years ago, was just given a $1 million award by Israel for being the Jew who, in his respective field, has done the most for Israel and International Jewry. Add that to Black Rock (dba Pfizer) and Israel (dba Moderna) and you’ve got quite a conspiracy for Fred to cover up in his next essay encapsulating the Jewish meme in folksy, crackerbarrel jargon.

  115. Mr. Reed,

Although I oppose sanctions on Cuba (and other forms of US imperialism), sanctions are at most a trivial contributor to Cuba’s poverty, which actually has the same source as the poverty of the Soviet Union, Mao’s China, and North Korea, i.e., a severe case of self-inflicted socialism.

When a country’s government confiscates all of the land, houses, farms, factories, shops, and other places of business, executes all opponents, drives into exile millions of its most talented citizens, and then imposes an economic system that has failed in every one of dozens of iterations in other countries, you need look no further for an explanation of poverty.

Cubans, like Russians, Poles, East Germans, etc., will vomit up socialism when they’ve had their fill of it.

Wow! what a warrior of the working classes like his hero Marx who did not work as a labourer in his life and used a mentally retarded woman as a slave.

Che was a pussyboy sadist who loved torturing people. Castro was a psychopath, who wanted power, who would go to any lengths to get it. Fine, we get it. Che was on the other hand was even worse, he was a hardcore sadist. He loved, really loved seeing people getting tortured or killed by firing squad. He relished it. People would see his excitement seeing such ghastly acts. Maybe he masturbated at night thinking of all that torture and killings. What a sick piece of shit? But was this Che a brilliant warrior on the battlefield? Nah!!Che was a prime grade Coward and slime-ball. The day he was captured, Hollywierd mind control industry will tell you that he went down fighting. LOL. It was way more PATHETIC than that. On the second last day of his capture, he told his guerrilla troops something like “You cannot surrender, the Revolution depends on you, fight to the last bullet”, while the Slimeball coward monkey Che sneaks away in between a firefight and goes towards the Bolivian soldiers and shouts “I am Che, don’t shoot, I am worth more to you alive than dead.”, while his men are fighting. Well guess what, the piece of shit Che ended up dead and his loyal guerrilla fighters made it out alive. LOL. The piece of shit got what he deserved. Some say with good authority that Castro got him killed, maybe the sadist Che’s use was over. If that be true, it seems Castro has done some good things, one being getting rid of this psycho sadist Che from this planet. God knows how many people (or maybe even animals), he sadistically killed for pleasure and fun.
Funny as it may seem, his men actually escaped, Humberto Fontova actually interviewed some of them. They made a fighting retreat from Bolivia to Chile and then to Cuba. Actually this adventure of those men deserve a book and even a movie, instead of Che T-shirts of that sadist pussyboy coward. And they succeeded because they did not have the dumbfart incompetent fartpig Che leading them anymore. Che going out actually increased their chances of success. LOL.
So lemme get this straight, this piece of shit is the hero of millions? Wearing T-shirts with his mugshot? What kind of hero is that? Atleast Hitler fought on the trenches for his nation like a man but his T-shirts are unacceptable. As they say, the Globalists Zio heroize demons and demonize heroes.

The Jews living in Arab countries were subjected to some popular hatred after the extent of Jewish massacres of Palestinians and the expulsions became known. Not a good thing, but understandable. Even so they were reluctant to leave their homelands of centuries, for a colony run by Ashkenazi Jews who viewed Eastern Jews with contempt.
So the Zionazis proceeded to bomb a few synagogues and other Jewish places in Iraq etc, to stampeded the local Jews into moving. It worked. As for ‘compensation’, seeing as Israel has extracted tens of billions from the Germans and others, gets several billion EVERY YEAR in tribute from its US colony, and heads a good deal of global organised crime rackets, in sex, drug, blood diamonds, pornography, armaments and surveillance tracking, and in organised economic crime, I think they are doing alright. The “aid” to Israel is military aid, 80% of which BY LAW is spent on American arms. An equal amount of aid is sent to Egypt. In effect, aid to Israel is a subsidy to American Arms manufacturers. In return, the US gets invaluable intelligence about how well their weapons work. Arabs make good targets- it’s the one thing they do well. Hiding behind their women and children.
As a side note, the total amount of aid to Israel is about 4 billion dollars annually. Americans spend about twice that annually on potato chips.

US Government Brought Fidel Castro to Power (Full Documentary)
A rare detailed account of the Communist takeover of Cuba and America’s role in Fidel Castro’s dictatorship. Former US Ambassador to Cuba, Earl T. Smith is interviewed and reveals the State Department’s involvement in violation of neutrality laws, supporting a known communist with a documented history of violent criminal behavior, and committing high treason by deliberately aiding an enemy of the United States and concealing a clear and imminent threat to our national security. This conspiracy against the citizens of Cuba has cost thousands of lives, devastated families, and has left the dispossessed Cubans stateless and destitute. It is a deliberate case of economic and cultural genocide that merits investigation and restitution. Please watch, share and expose. Smith also details this collusion in his book, “The Fourth Floor”, a curiously hard to find book he wrote in 1962 “as a footnote to history and to the science of government”. He added “I am convinced that my experience as the United States Ambassador to Cuba was unusual in the sense that I lived through the Castro Communist Revolution, and I feel that I owe it to the American people to try to establish the fact that the Castro Communist Revolution need never have occurred. From this experience, i learned not only that our techniques of relations with Cuba were faulty but that the modus operandi for the determination of policy is not only inadequate but dangerous to the defense of our country”

Review by this guy Henry Pollack on the amazon page of the book The Fourth Floor: An Account of the Castro Communist Revolution by Earl E. T. Smith

Jaw dropping facts that detail America’s involvement in bringing Fidel Castro to power in Cuba. Ambassador Smith’s facts are unassailable, so we are only left with one question. Why would the US State Department, in collusion with the New York Times, knowingly place a Communist madman as the “Maximum Leader” of Cuba? Why would the US State Department not allow a true democracy, which was actually in play with the highly respected Cuban statesman Marquez Sterling and the Vatican? It is a fact that the US State Department knew Fidel Castro was a communist madman. This was all in Fidel Castro’s file at our former embassy in Havana. All those files were burnt in the hours leading up to the Communist takeover in 1961. My father along with my paternal grandparents worked at the US Embassy from 1959 to 1961. So I know for a fact that Castro’s file detailed his communist activities in the “Bogotazo”, which Castro led in Bogota, Colombia in 1948. His file also detailed his violent criminal past along with his serious mental problems, exactly as our Ambassador stated in the book. This is not a book about propaganda or opinions. This is a testament of fact, which our Ambassador wrote for posterity. You would think it would be required reading for anyone claiming expertise on the Cuban “revolution”. However his testimony seems to have faded into obscurity. So it would seem, all of these Cuba “experts” are only experts in sloganeering. They lack the FACTS IN THIS BOOK. I suppose it is not too surprising that this book is so hard to find, considering that it provides extremely inconvenient facts that detail an insidious and maybe even treasonous activity by individuals at the highest levels of government. Their legally questionable and morally reprehensible involvement in Cuban affairs has led to a 56 year dictatorship )(and counting) the deaths of over one hundred thousand people, the complete and utter destruction of the Cuban economy and the total bankruptcy of the Cuban people”.

“I cannot begin to calculate the damage they did to the citizens of Cuba along with all the victims of Fidel Castro’s terrorist “revolutionary” activities in Latin America, Europe and Africa. I know the damage they did to my family. We lost everything we had. Stripped of all our assets, our nation, even old family photographs… this has been a complete cultural genocide. Great work by the “learned gentlemen” of the State department. Their wicked behavior caused the largest exodus in the history of the western hemisphere, the longest reigning tyrant in the history of the modern world and has left Cuba a devastated feudal society with a Secret Police that would be the envy of the Gestapo. READ THIS BOOK IF YOU CAN FIND IT..Alas the truth is much stranger than fiction. God only knows how far down the rabbit hole this deliberate and calculated placement of Castro and company runs. Perhaps now I understand why we could always easily invade Panama, Iraq, Vietnam, Korea, Dominican Republic, Serbia, (heck, we are even in the former Soviet Ukraine)… BUT NEVER CUBA. OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM …no problem! Operation Cuban Freedom?…unthinkable. THERE ARE EVEN FEDERAL LAWS FOBIDDING ANY ATTEMPT TO LIBERATE CUBA. Kennedy pacted with Khruschev and Nixon codified it in the Anti Air Piracy Act. Perhaps the Bay of Pigs was not a fiasco after all, it may have been a quick and easy way to deliver to Castro as many young Cuban men who were ready willing and able to die for Cuban freedom. It also delivered the perfect excuse that led to the Kennedy-Khruschev pact. Apparently Russia and the former Soviet Union never really cared about US aggression on their former republics or even Yugoslavia (a former Warsaw Pact member). Apparently the only US aggression that would ever lead them to mass nuclear suicide, is that little island 90 miles from the USA. It is so odd? No oil, no historical ties, no Russian enclaves, we do not even have any Borscht! Yet for Fidel and Cuba, who “allied” with the Soviets (mostly in sugar for oil trade) in 1960, yet by 1962 the Soviets were willing to commit mass suicide over Cuba. Only Cuba, mind you. Not Vietnam, Not the former Yugoslavia nor our taking almost the entire Soviet bloc into NATO. Apparently we are expected to believe that the only relic of the USSR that Russia would go to war with the US over, is the Kennedy-Khruschev Pact! The Castro brothers could be eliminated as easily as other terrorists. They shot down unarmed US planes in 1996, perfect excuse to launch Operation Cuban Freedom! But I suppose you would have to actually want Cuban freedom in the first place. This book clearly demonstrates that we did everything in our power to ensure the success of Operation Cuban Tyranny.”

  152. I’m not a supporter of the US regime or its foreign policy, but to be clear the Cubans are responsible for their own misery by putting into power an anti-American communist government which expropriated all American property on the island.

Many dissidents have a bizarre view that other countries should be simply left alone to run their own affairs. This is absurd. An island only 90 miles from a superpower with 30x its population and an order of magnitude more resources still is quite obviously going to be dominated by its neighbor.

That the Cubans fiercely resist this domination is noble, but clearly has consequences.

Seems to me Jesus, not a collection of malevolent drones, is the government, all power and authority under heaven was given to Jesus by God the Father. King David, a man after God’s own heart, respected God’s law even though he grievously broke it by adultery and murder, the demonic Talmud that the Zionists tout had not yet been invented. In reality, everyone whose faith in the Messiah is a Christian: Adam and Eve, Noah, Abraham, Issac, Jacob, Moses, David, et al., all were in fact Christian. Abraham was the father of many nations, not just his direct descendants. Demonic scum who call themselves “government” are illegitimate, of no true and enduring authority, mortal, subject to death. .

Isaiah 9:6-7 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.
Isaiah 22:21 And I will clothe him with thy robe, and strengthen him with thy girdle, and I will commit thy government into his hand: and he shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to the house of Judah.

Speaking of global hegemony and aggression, the countries that have suffered directly from America’s forever wars and losing millions of lives have been countries that have stood up to America. But the flip side of the coin is to be seen in the acquiescence of the vast majority of countries that have been cowed into silence and submission speaking volumes about the economic blackmail they endure, aid with strings and ruthless tyrants who will cling to power by any means necessary. They can always count on our support to prop them up. Many among this group of countries are our “allies” exempted from our fake human rights and democracy propaganda bullshit.

All one needs to know of the character of Castro and his ilk was demonstrated by his willingness to see Cuba destroyed by the likes of Gen. Curtis leMay during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Now no one who claims to be a patriot would want to see his country destroyed in a possible nuclear conflagration during a struggle between two titanic powers. But here we have Castro and his sidekicks going along with the brinkmanship and even egging it along with their bombast. Castro was just another one of the conversos who never really accepted Catholicism.

One would have thought that the American embargo was precisely what those LatAms were angling for after all their accusations about American interference through United Fruits and Fordlandia. Here was an opportunity to show the world what the “oppressed” peoples could do free of American interference. And what were the results : An economy based solely on tobacco and sugar, an assembly line production of doctors and nurses who bring in forex by working for a pittance overseas and let us not forget the stellar role they played in the Angolan Civil War.

The “embargo” such as it was affected onljy American companies, the rest of the world didn’t go along with it. South Americans certainly did not. If trade with a continent as vast and diverse as South America made no difference to the prospects of Cubans then it’s a no brainer that the fault lies not with the “embargo”, but with the nature of the Cuban regime itself.

You have zero evidence of Trump being “crooked” and being under investigation is not being guilty except in your lying eyes or should I say eye. Thus, you are defaming Mr. Trump with your false statements. My bet is that Trump is never convicted of any crime.

You’re just jealous of Trump as he has done significantly better in this world than you have and with better looking women too. You can write for this anti-Semitic ragazine as no other will have you. And you’ve run away from your homeland which you dislike in print regularly.

You’re all mouth Reed, big and foul.

And what do you have against whorehouses? Commies always morph into these Puritanical bluenoses when it comes to Cuba. “It was mob run, there were hookers and casinos….casinos I tell you!”
Sounds like a barrel of fun to me, you deranged freak.

It’s a strange place where traditional conservatives and the far-left meet.

They both seem interested in controlling the sexuality of unmarried men and women that want to sell sex.

Under Communism they stamp out prostitution and then hand pretty women like pets over to ugly leftists with high rank. Welcome to the revolution sisters! Now take off those panties for bitter leftist men!

Stalin’s Comintern even had a murdering pedophile (Lavrentiy Beria). You get a glimpse of this in the movie Death of Stalin but they don’t show how deranged he actually was. Even most mainstream historical websites don’t talk about it.

  161. @Uncle John

Fred has it just right. Once the embargo is lifted, the people will decide the fate of this government. One thing is for sure though. US will go down in history as one of the cruelest empires ever and will forever remain in the shit list of history.

    How exactly would this work?

They already trade with the rest of the world. Yes I know that CNN/MSNBC/etc doesn’t talk about that but I would expect better from Unz readers and especially Fred.

If they already trade with the rest of the world then ending the embargo would just lower prices on certain goods.

How would cutting the price of corn or poultry lead to a counter-revolution?

If anything a spike in prices would be more likely to threaten the government through instability.

Maybe before blaming the US you can explain how this would work.

  162. @onebornfree

So, kill all the Jews, and then everthin’ will be jus “hunky dory”, right? RIGHT?

That seems to be the common opinion here.

Hitler believed that both liberalism and homosexuality would go away once they got rid of Jews.

Germany today has the gayest city in Europe and they elected a Christian liberal woman that let in a million Muslims.

    So yea not convinced.

Thanks. Cuba is subject to an EMBARGO, not a naval blockade. I coulda sworn that the naval Task Force set sail a long time ago. Cuba trades with other Western nations, but trundles along without the Soviet-era subsidies. If the embargo were lifted, the holding company bureaucrats would be importing–importing, no less–tobacco from North Carolina rather than Spain for their cigars. Other holding companies have their fingers in almost every other aspect of the Cuban economy. I’m not against an end or a relaxation of sanctions, but a totalitarian government and a corrupt and corrosive bureaucracy have more to do with Cuba’s unenviable situation than U.S. policy.

The liberal MSM Blame America First cabal will also never mention that we already do agricultural trade with Cuba. More than most countries in fact. So Fred maybe should do his homework first before buying into their excuses.

The trade embargo was actually loosened under Bush to benefit US agriculture:
    https://www.fas.usda.gov/data/us-agricultural-exports-cuba-have-substantial-room-growth

We actually send more food to them than most European countries.

What we don’t have is open trade. Yes tobacco imports would increase without the embargo but the main import would be sugar.

We really don’t need anything from them that we can’t get elsewhere unless you count Cuban cigars. What they really want is an influx of US tourists to dump US dollars to help prop up their failed Marxist economy.

I’m all for ending the embargo. If anything it should be ended to shut up the Blame America First crowd.

Fears of it returning to an island Vegas are unfounded. There are too many gambling options now.

  166. Have you ever been to Miami? What do you think the Cubans did there?

The fundamental point is that Jews have lived in Israel since way before the Arabs or Christians. If you replace your word “Zios” with Arabs, you have given the justification for a Jewish movement to RECLAIM THEIR HOMELAND.

And to the last fuckwit complaining about the US funding the Israelis in 48, in actual fact (facts- remember those?) the US was NOT the big military supplier to Israel until after the 67 war. The French were, mostly. No-one was during the war of Independence. The Russians supported the creation of Israel in 1947 UN resolutions, the British did as well, the French too. But support was very limited.

If you are really concerned about people being mistreated in the Middle East, you should be concerned about the Christians and various Christian sects. The Lebanese Christians, in particular, know what the Muslims are all about. Look up “Brigitte Gabriel” on YouTube. The Christians are being genocided.

Also look up videos of gays being thrown off rooftops by Muslims. Real nice guys, huh?

  167. It is you who is the advocate for the subhuman. Your jealousy of Jewish brains and achievements sticks in your craw.

Instead of hating and clinging to fantasies of non-existent Arab achievements, most done by conquered people that converted to Islam to save their necks (literally), try not spending your time sexually mutilating your women and molesting children.

    Bacha Bazi- look it up.

To claim that the Ashkenazim are in any way descended from the ancient Hebrews is beyond absurd.

And if you want to play the game of who was there first let us remember David conquered Jerusalem in the the 10th Century BCE from the then indigenous inhabitants.

And just because parts of ancient Palestine were at one time occupied by Jews does not give Jews the right to cleanse the land of its current inhabitants-as political, financial and diplomatic from Uncle Sam is currently making possible.

  172. @ivan

And all one needs to know of the character of U.S. presidents Obama, Trump, Biden and their ilk was demonstrated by their willingness to see America destroyed by the likes of Obama, Trump, Biden, etc. during the new American nuclear brinkmanship and the return to dangerous cold war provocations. 173. The main problem with the embargo is that it gives the communists an excuse for their failure(s).

The other side of that coin is that if there were no embargo, Americans would flock to the cheap beaches there with their printing press cash, keeping the regime on life support with the rest of the world.

The Cuba debate is a side show, another chicken eating geek to divert the rubes.

  174. @Charlesz Martel

Someone please explain to me why the U.S. Embargo is such a big deal.

It is a big deal to the Cubans in Cuba because it cuts them off from US tourist dollars. It is a big deal to some Cubans in the USA because they make a living off it (the rest just go along). It’s a big deal to some Americans because they see “international communism” as the big threat to their way of life (they do not understand, “we have met the enemy and he is us”).

It’s not a big deal to me.

  175. @John Q Duped

In the last 6 decades the US could’ve attacked and taken over Cuba in about an hour. The question is: “why haven’t they?

Because we would then be responsible for the place, and we don’t want to be responsible for the place (See Iraq…)

Where we have taken over places and subsidized them it has been for strategic reasons (see South Korea). Cuba has no great strategic value as long as the Monroe Doctrine holds and we keep Guantanamo.

weird sort of Nordic sadism. It is sickening.

the last time a nation of Nordics fought for their interests, the ZUS fire bombed their cities, crushed the testicles of their leaders, and has had its zio-boot on their neck ever since.

    This is Joe Biden’s cabinet.

    Look at all those Nordics!

In America today, if you or your children are of Nordic ethnicity, you’ll be placed solidly behind Cubans (and just about everyone else) for jobs, promotions, university admissions, and have your identity and heritage and traditions smeared and demonized by Hollywood and Big Tech in every way imaginable. Nordics are the kindest and fairest and hardest working (and sadly, altruistic) Americans you will ever find. Thier nations are safe and by comparison to Cuba, (both pre- and post-communism), exemplary examples of how to run a society free of corruption.

And yet, what is sickening, is the way our cultural elites’ sniveling ‘journalistic’ whores will nevertheless try to demonize them, and pretend that the ZUS is being run by and for ‘Nordics’, (read: ‘white supremacist racists!), as a continuation of this tiresome smear-campaign, if you ooze them enough shekels, of course.

Fredo is just another George Will, or David French. And it’s sickening to witness.

Thanks, also interesting is that Castro crushed the huge organised Labour that existed in Cuba. In Cuba Organised Labour formed the armed opposition to Castro and Che. Workers formed the bulk of the opposition to the idols of the International Left!! Prior to Castro, Cuban workers were more Unionised as a percantage to the population than U.S. workers. Cuba had a strong labour movement affiliated AFLCIO. The head of the Confederation of Cuban Workers was a famous labour leader named Eusebio Mujal Barniol. He was a anti-Communist and he had to flee Cuba when Castro and Che took power. Eusebio Mujal himself was a hardcore Communist in his early days in the 1920s and 30s and he knew who was backing the Castro movement. So when the New York Times and reporters (Herbert Matthews) and the State Dept and CIA were all singing in the Chorus that “Castro Was not a Communist” but a great democrat and land reformer and the “George Washington of Cuba” (LOL), Eusebio Mujal did not fall for all that bullshit propaganda for dumb eloi and knew exactly what was coming. When Castro and Che came to power, one of the first thing they called for “a general strike”, you know “Batista is exploiting the workers, have a general strike”, Castro and Che farted together. Big failure, most workers were not interested in going on their general strike!!! Embarrassed Castro and Che went after the Labour Unions leaders. Labour Union leader Eusebio Mujal had to flee to the Argentine embassy to save his life. Basically you have these crackpot mental case intellectuals everywhere who fancy themselves as leaders of working class people just like their fartpig hero Marx who never worked as a worker his entire life and actually intellectually looked down upon working class people!!! Che said “Cuban workers cannot go on strike, they must learn to live in a collectivized society and anyone go on strike would be sent to prison or sent infront of a firing squad”. Mainstream Media and Academia say the opposite of the truth about Cuba. The Castro regime has being cultivating this. Since they were cultivating the Jew York Times, Che wrote in his diaries “much more important than guerrilla recruits for our army were US media recruits to spread our propaganda”.

Herbert Matthews BTW was for Castro to what Walter Duranti was to Stalin or Edgar Parks Snow to Mao Zedong. In 1957, Herbert L.Matthews of the New York Times, met Fidel Castro in Cuba’s Sierra Maestra mountains and returned with what was considered the “scoop of the century”. His heroic puffed up portrayal of Castro, who was then believed dead, had a powerful effect on American perceptions of Cuba, both in and out of the government, and profoundly influenced the fall of the Batista regime. Fidel Castro later gave a medal to Herbert Matthews saying, “Without the help of our freind Herbert Matthews and without the help of the New York Times, the Cuban revolution would have never been”. The NYT is not even embarrassed about it. Even after Castro came out as a Communist and killed and put many in his camps, The NYT still takes a pro-Castro stand. Even the dumb bitch Diane Sawyer who gushed at the evil ruthless psychopath Castro. The whore lost control in Fidel Castro’s presence while Castro’s regime had people detained in camps. Strangely Castro went to New York for his honeymoon.
I also told you guys how Castro screwed Huber Matos.

Huber Matos, fought for Castro, Castro destroyed his life.
Fought for Castro, when Castro regime was turning Commie, Matos tried to resign, Castro called him a traitor for calling Castro a Commie, had him show trailed and Matos had to spend decades in prison. Later Castro came out of the closet and said, that he was Commie all along, but Matos remained in jail for decades!

  182. This piece is just the right daily dose of “Fredwitz on War”:

“Kamala might not stand for it. Of course, standing is not her primary talent.”

“Kamala is not without qualifications but, if Joe made use of them, he would be in divorce court.”

Crude, but this is a priceless summary of contemporary politics in the US.

Now, being a really bad person (and recreational racist), I laughed so hard that I almost died…

The US is now flat broke, culturally a sewer, and on the way down the military flagpole.
In fact, the worlds biggest shithole country, although that was not exactly what Trump meant when he said something about those. So, what to do now?

To even survive this, I think a wicked sense of humour will be required in the years to come.

The White House is now like the Saturday Night Live, although with the actual funny bits that SNL does not have. So good ole’ Joe Biden is just sort of wandering around mumbling to himself, and whoever is changing his diapers these days can only hope that the President of the US of A does not actually shit himself in public (as old farts and loose bowels often travel in pairs).

But when he does, I’m sure China can accurately appreciate the strategic consequences…

The Jews have existed since they invented themselves and their cult of xenophobic hatred and radical separation from the rest of humanity, 3500 years ago. Palestine has been occupied by ‘humans’ of various species, for at least 70,000 years, some of whom later declared themselves ‘Jews’.
Many people have moved into and out of the region over the millennia. All of these have created the people we today call ‘Palestinians’. Among those people are Arabs, and the descendants of former Jews, who converted to Islam and Christianity after Hadrian expelled the Judaic elite as a menace to humanity, in the second century BCE. And among those ‘Jews’ who declare sole ownership of Eretz Yisrael, ‘…from the Nile to the Euphrates’, are descendants of converts, like the Khazars, with NO history in Palestine, save tens of millennia ago as they moved through the region as they came out of Africa.
Like most Zionazi supremacists or Sabbat Goy stooges, you meld racism with idiocy and ignorance perfectly. I sometimes pity the Zionazis the low quality of their stooges.

  188. @Bragadocious

What the Cuban fascists were most annoyed about was not their ‘factories’ but their brothels, casinos, drug-running and other Mafia activities.

Uncle Sam DIDN’T fund the creation of Israel- International Jewry did. The US wasn’t even Israel’s main arms supplier until after 1967.

The Iraq wars were not at Isael’s behest, regardless of what anti-semites say- Israel supported our decision to go into Iraq as they are our ally, and thus felt bound to. The Israelis were always much more concerned with Iran than Iraq- it was stated in our press many times. They felt that Saddam was not a threat of the same magnitude as the Moronic Mullahs of Iran. Libya made it’s own bed by attacking our airliners and servicemen overseas. Syria was an internal conflict that brought in other powers, but Israel pretty much stayed out of. Remember the Syrian Nuclear Plant they bombed? Mentally defective subhumans should not play with nukes.

Apartheid? Racism? Ethnic cleansing? Oh, you must mean the conditions the Jews lived under, under Arab rule. Why shouldn’t they protest such conditions? The Palestinians have 57 countries that they could live in, except their brother Arabs want NOTHING to do with them. Ever ask yourself why?
