The Japanese Wikipedia (Japanese: ウィキペディア日本語版) is the Japanese-language edition of Wikipedia. This edition was started in September 2002.
It is the 13th largest edition by article count.[1]
As of November 5, 2016, it has over 1,036,000 articles.[2]
