Jane Livesey Obituary

Dear Jane and family, I know a year goes by fast but the sorrow remains. You accomplished so much but your greatest legacy is your wonderful family. I know you are resting peacefully with your eternal smile.

I was blessed to have cared for Jane for the past few months. From the very first day, I felt a connection with her and looked forward to spending my days helping her with her therapy exercises, and trying to bring joy to her life, but it was she that brought happiness to mine. She was a true joy and I'm so very thankful that God brought us together during her last few months, and thankful to have known such a gracious and funny lady. God keep you in his care, Jane. You are missed

To the family of one my favorite
co-workers,Jane had a smile that would light up any room. We loved talking about our children and grandkids,I never got to tell her that I beat her and that I have Seven now. She loved her Family so much,Rest in peace dear friend I will see you again one day.

Jane was close to my heart as my girlhood best friend. She was so much fun to be around, and I never knew a moment's drama with her. Very sweet, even tempered, and just an all-around 'let's do it' person. Obstacles never had a chance around her. She lived a full life, but it was her family that she was so proud of. I know they will miss her terribly, but they are showing what a loving, supportive family looks like. Rest in peace, my friend, and keep smiling.

We were so fortunate to be able to welcome Jane into our family when she married our brother Graham thirty eight years ago.
Jane always had a special place in all our hearts especially those of our mum and dad. Visits to see Graham, Jane and family and the "Americans'' " visits to us in England and Wales were the highlights of many years.
We will always rememberJane for her patient love and kindness, positive enthusiasm for life and her great sense of fun and we also appreciate how much joy these qualities brought to our parents in their final years.
We were deeply saddened by her illness but watched with pride, the loving devotion and care that Graham, supported by his special daughters, gave to her until the end. This reflects the wonderful marriage and family life they have shared.
Jane was an inspiration to all who knew her and along with the many happy memories of time spent together, we hope Graham and his family will be comforted by the knowledge that she will live on in the hearts and minds of all of us who loved her.

Carla (Greatsinger) Seipel and Greg Seipel went to OCS and Wheelus with Jane. She was always a nice person to be around and we will cherish our memories with her.

I worked with Jane at Memorial City in the 1990's. She was the most gracious woman and it was always a pleasure to be around her. She never seemed to have a bad day because of her positive attitude. She will be missed in this world. She has made such a huge positive impact on many people's lives. God bless you all and especially you, Jane. Denise Whitehouse, Spring, Tx

It was my pleasure to work with Jane for many years at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Operating Room. Memories of our time together bring a smile to my face. May God's grace cover you at this time of sorrow.

My prayers are with the family. I was blessed to have Mrs. Livesey as an instructor. Always smiling and encouraging her students.

I had Jane as a nursing instructor my sr year at Lone Star. She was 4 years older than me and we shared the experiences of going to school at this age. She was so sweet to me and very encouraging telling me to keep going and get my Master's even at my age. I have to say she left a big impression on me and I even sent her a thank you note after graduation. She was one of my favorite teachers because she was patient and kind and treated me with respect. I learned a lot from her. To her family - Jane is in heaven because she was a good soul. You are in my prayers. I know she would not want you to be unhappy about her passing but blessed to know she is out of pain with no more suffering and in a better place.
