Jana Kramer is currently in the midst of a heartbreaking divorce from her philandering husband Mike Caussin, which she announced last month.

But the country singer, 37, attempted to shift focus away from her split on Tuesday by giving her Instagram following an update on her recent breast augmentation.

'How do my boobs look?' Kramer asked with a laugh as she filmed during her check-up appointment with Tennessee-based plastic surgeon Jacob Unger.

'My favorite question!' joked Unger. 'They look perfect. No problems at all. Healing beautifully, supersymmetric and I could not be more pleased.'

'How about you?' asked Unger, to which Kramer replied: 'I am actually really happy about them.'

She noted it was 'interesting timing' for her to have gone through a breast augmentation in the first place, but she is 'happy about them.'

'Thank you! You are the best ever,' Kramer told Unger before ending her Instagram Story clip.

In the latest episode of her Whine Down podcast, Jana briefly discussed her recent boob job, which she first announced she was undergoing in early March.

The topic came about as Kramer reflected on all the 'help' she has received since announcing she had filed from divorce from Caussin last month.

'I do owe it to my friends because I still can't physically do things because of my freakin' boob job that I got. So, I can't lift things.

'And I've had friends come over here... and now I can do all of it...well not all of it,' she explained.

'I couldn't even put glasses in the dishwasher because I was so depressed' over the split.

Continuing to open up about her failed marriage, Jana admitted she was 'embarrassed' by the break-up and claimed Caussin 'swore on his sobriety that nothing happened' amid allegations he cheated on her.

Kramer, who ordinarily hosts Whine Down with Caussin, appeared on the show without him on Sunday, and admitted it felt 'weird not having him on here.'

'For those of you that haven't seen the news, I filed for divorce a few weeks ago, and it has not been easy, I'll say that,' Kramer said. 'And honestly, I don't even know if I want to do the show anymore. I'm being completely honest.' 

In her candid discussion, Kramer opened up about the feelings she had been grappling with since splitting from Caussin.

She also reflected on the 'sadness' she had been feeling over the impact the divorce would have on their two children.

'I didn't want this, at the end of the day,' she said. 'I think where I'm at is, I'm embarrassed. I'm embarrassed that this is how it ended, and then I also feel like I've let people down. We've come on here, and we've fought, and we fought for it. The words that were spoken, they were honest from me, is what I'll say.'

The country singer, who accused Caussin of infidelity in her divorce filing, also said he 'swore on his sobriety there was nothing.'

'He swore on his sobriety there was nothing. Most of my sadness comes from my kids because they didn't deserve this, they didn't ask for this. And also the dream of what I thought it was going to be and who I thought I was working with.' 

Jana filed for divorce from Mike last month after six years of marriage due to 'inappropriate marital conduct, irreconcilable differences and adultery,' according to her filing.

The couple have been through the wringer, and in 2016 Mike entered a treatment center for sex addiction after he repeatedly cheated on his wife.

The exes have since been issued a temporary restraining order to prevent them from speaking in a 'disparaging' way about each other in front of their two kids.

According to the Williamson County clerk, an order is automatically given with all divorce declarations filed in the area.

The temporary document means they are prohibited from harassing, threatening, assaulting or abusing the other spouse as well as banning the making of 'disparaging remarks' about the other to their children or their employers, it was shared in court documents obtained by E! News.

The order means neither Jana nor Mike can take their children, Jolie, five, and two-year-old Jace, out of Tennessee or more than 50 miles from home without the approval of the court.
