Tom Welling has finalized his divorce from wife of 10 years Jamie White.
According to TMZ, the two have an unusual settlement. The beauty will get 20 percent of the 38-year-old Smallville actor's net professional income up until $5m. After that, the money is his to keep.
They do not have any children.

Welling has to pay the spousal support for five years.
The New York native has managed to make a lot of money as an actor.

According to the divorce documents, the Wellings own a horse farm in Florida (she gets to keep all the horses), a home in Florida, and another one in Massachusetts.
It is not known if they have a house in Los Angeles.
