Original lyrics
J'suis d'accord
Tu peux me faire mille propositions

Translation
OK by me
The cinema is ok by me,
and rock and the twist, and the cha-cha,
anything you want is ok by me
but don't expect me to go to your place.
In the street, when we're taking a walk,
long stops are OK by me,
You can make a thousand suggestions to me
but just don't ask me to go to your place.
Baby, if you aren't happy
I will think that that means
that you don't love me the way you pretend to
and that, pretty often, you've lied to me.
It's ok by me, we're happy together.
It's ok by me, we're doing our best,
it could last maybe a month or two
if you don't ask me to go to your place.
It's ok by me, we're happy together.
It's ok by me, we're doing our best,
it could last maybe a month or two
if you don't ask me to go to your place.
If you don't ask me to go to your place,
your place... your place... your place.

Author's comments:
Although J'suis d'accord means literally "I agree" it was often used in the 1960s where an English teenager would use "I'm OK", or "that's OK by me"; given that the song dates from 1962 when Françoise was nearly 19 and that I (a few months youger than her) translated it using "OK" way back then, I'm pretty sure that using "OK" rather than "agree" is the right way to handle it.
