While looking over some possible targets for a star party I am hosting next week I noticed the distances of these three DSOs. I often find it amazing what we can pick up with the addition of a camera.
M 13 is roughly 25,000 ly NGC 6207 is roughly 30-45 mil. ly IC 4617 is roughly 500 mil. ly
