Had a go grand national said online payout upto six place for national.went bookies collect winnings said sorry nothing I'm afraid only upto 5th place.i said it says upto 6 place online.he said yes it pays upto 6 place if bet online ha ha so what's the difference. Phoned 0870 help number to check.kept me waiting approx 7mins finally got through was on 2 mins and they said same.cost phone call £4.60 for less than 2 mins.so anyone phoning them dont bother just another money making number.tried beforehand online chat = another waste of time.

Awful company, stores allow you to bet even when self excluded. Staff NEVER EVER intervene and ask if you are ok to continue. So much for the new gambling rules, they are supposed to conduct affordability checks, however all staff just watch punters lose any amount of money without doing there jobs!!!!! Been with hills for years use to be really gd often had free bets and at one time you could acculate loyalty points for cash.
All that's finished first free bet I had of them in years was over the Cheltenham festival 4x£5 free bets.

Had a bet on MacAllister being booked in the Merseyside derby, clearly booked in the 94th minute and was paid out. The next day the money removed from my account saying it was a losing bet, checked every match report stats I could find and all had him booked in the 94th minute.
I then got in touch with an online chat which was a half hour operation (nightmare) only to be told that they were right and according to Optistats who they use for match reports had no stat on him being booked. SO THEIR RIGHT chat ended. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.

You literally can't win. When you do get the bonus round every one is a dud. I think it's since 888 took over cos they are the exact same. You cannot win.

Everything about this firm is wrong. Slots are rigged thousands of spins, free bets are only offered on poor predicted sports. Cash out not available when winning a 5 fold accumulator. In shop have zero knowledge same as online. My account was restricted to pathetic deposit per week so I'm now losing alot more just as they planned.
