Kagome Higurashi, an average ninth grader, gets pulled into an ancient well by a demon, bringing her 500 years in the past to a feudal era. There she meets Inuyasha, a half-demon who seeks the Shikon Jewel to make himself a full-fledged demon. With Inuyasha and new friends, Kagome's search for the Jewel of Four Souls begins.
This is still the best anime ever. This is my first and my favorite anime series. It has the best blend of action, drama, romance, friendship, and so on. It has a wonderful storyline and characters that are beyond beautifully written. I absolutely love this series and hope that the entire series including Inuyasha the Final Act can be added on so that I can marathon it.
So happy to see my first and absolute love on this platform.

16 years later and still watching
I always watched this when it was on Adult Swim. Brings back so many great memories of watching it with my brother and friends. Just watched the entire series with my husband. It was his first time watching it and he loved it so much that we even watched all 4 of the movies. I always recommend this anime to a person just getting into animes or a person who loves anime but never watched it. I was 15 when I started watching this anime, now I'm 31 and still an avid watcher. <3

were are the rest of the season
great series I am sad about there only being 2 season there are lot more missing episodes. it would be great to rewatch all of inuyasha. so please get more season out because ive already watched all the episode and i still want to watch more of this nostagic anime

My First Ever Anime!
This was the anime that FIRST got me into anime. Brings back so many great memories watching it. It's romantic and definitely still has a 90's feel but I love it. The action and story are great and the ending was beyond perfect for the anime.
So glad they brought it back for the last season.

Ahhh the memories...
My childhood anime! Inuyasha was THE anime I stayed up during school nights as a kid. When the OG Sailormoon stopped airing, INUYASHA was IT on adultswim along with Trinity Blood and Witch Hunter Robin. As a middle schooler i was PO'ed when the season ended and then like SEVERAL years later, they finally finished the show. As, a tween I didn't understand why it stopped but now that i'm older, i got it. I got my happy ever after. I do recommend this show 100%. There's a love square, a love triangle, and a love circle. Watch the movies as well! forever and always will ship MxS, RxS, KagxInu.
