The truth about Robert Pattinson’s girlfriend

Suki Waterhouse has a fairytale-like origin story. Per Vogue, she was discovered in a London pub and by 19, she had landed her first campaign for Rankin. Waterhouse walked for Burberry at London Fashion Week in 2014, and she was the cover star of ELLE in January 2014. Waterhouse also became quick friends with other top models like Cara Delevingne and Georgia May Jagger, quipping, “I always try and befriend new girls. Not that they always want me to!”

Apart from modeling, Waterhouse has made waves as an actress, with one of her first major films coming in the form of the Shailene Woodley-led The Divergent Series: Insurgent. Her other movies have included Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, Detective Pikachu, and the controversial, Woody Allen-directed A Rainy Day In New York, in which Waterhouse appeared alongside contemporaries like Timothée Chalamet, Selena Gomez, and ex-flame Diego Luna.

In addition to the aforementioned activities, Waterhouse and friend Poppy Jamie started an accessory brand, Pop & Suki, which has been well received. In particular, Who What Wear called their camera bag “the bag every It girl owns,” adding that it “breaks those rules” of designer names and steep price tags. Waterhouse’s brand lists a number of famous fans, including, Emily Ratajkowski and Jessica Alba. In a promotional video for the brand, Waterhouse echoed earlier commented about modeling, saying the brand is primarily “about friendship.”
