The performance of Christoph Waltz, playing the Nazi Gestapo figure Col. Hans Landa, is the highlight of the film. His ability to convey courtliness and sympathy and then go to commit the cruelest of horrors is simply superb.

Some parts were dragged out too much, what resulted in short plot. Great acting, especially by Chrisotph Waltz, on the other hand lots of great characters were wasted, like Hugo Stiglitz. Despite all of this, its still worth watching, just could have been a lot better.
