I have been going to Infiniti of Thousand Oaks since 2006
I have been going to Infiniti of Thousand Oaks since 2006 for my service. Patty Ramirez is a service provider extraordinaire. They are honest and don't suggest things that don't need service. They treat me like I was family! Their prices are fair and the service is terrific. I wouldn't go anywhere else to service my car!

I just bought My third car from this dealership. And as always, they made it as painless as possible. Ricardo, Christian and Fidel All helped me achieve my goal with my new car. They are friendly and considerate and not pushy at all. They are accessible and really work with you to make everybody happy. Also, the service department is excellent. I have always dealt with Brian and Alba, And they never let me down. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership!

They will try and rip you off at the service center.
They will try and rip you off at the service center. Also they will record your calls without your knowledge or consent. The sales team is great - service team is abysmal. They tried to charge me to recalibrate my windshield and then told me the day I was supposed to pick up the car that there were issues with the said windshield. So.. they were going to charge me for a service they didn’t perform and got caught by the fact that they couldn’t justify it. 🤯

The windshield was replaced by a third party and we could not complete the recalibration properly. You were informed that we would not charge for this service, since we are unable to complete it.
We are working with your mother to get everything fixed on her car to factory specs. We will continue to be in touch with her to complete the work to her satisfaction.
AND WHY WAS THIS NOTICED BEFORE?! You had the car for over three days?! And you never informed me that the recalibration could not be done until THE DAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK UP THE CAR
I wish I could post a screenshot of the receipt to show how they were attempting to charge me for a service they did not perform and now trying to charge me more
How many times do we need to go back for a repair when you’ve already had the car to three days?! This was supposed to be addressed a week ago. Talk about not respecting yourcustomer’s time and the money on gas. LOVE DREW HATE ALBA
