Check your electricity bills quickly and conveniently online. You can also request for a copy of your paper bill.

As a registered customer, you can check your bills or request for bill copies through the following channels:

Once you log in, you can:

View, download and pay for your bills anytime and anywhere.
Access up to 14 months of your billing history.

Download bill service

You can:

Download your latest bill without logging in.
Access up to 14 months of your billing history after logging in.

Copy bill request eForm

You can:

Access up to 6 months of your billing history.

Tip:

Download the CLP Power Mobile App and set up an online account to view, download and print your bills conveniently.

Please select “Portrait” as printed layout and use A4 paper when printing your bills.
Please be aware that computer monitor colors and printed colors may be different.

How to view your bills on the CLP Power Mobile App

1. Log in to your online account.

2. Click ‘My Bill’.

3. Click ‘View’.

4. Then click ‘View current bill’ to view the latest bill.

5. To view the bills in past 14 months, scroll down to ‘Billing and payment history’, click ‘View’ under the relevant bill.
