Ciao, I’m currently working on a Tycoon kind of game called “Create a Culinary Empire”
I would like to receive a few feedbacks about it cause i feel like the game it’s pretty empty.

I played the game and ended up finding some bugs with the upgrade menu.
I tried purchasing the 60-dollar upgrade for making more money, and when I did, it didn’t deduct any cash and made the upgrade progress bar extend outside the frame. My money generation also didn’t increase at all with this new upgrade.
After making a bit more money, I purchased the rest of the upgrades for blender speed and workers, and after I did that, my cash counter showed this:
After my workers served a few customers, it went to 0.
I decided to rejoin to see if that would change anything, and when I got back into the game and opened the upgrades screen, I saw this:
You can see the bar clipping out of the frame on the “Job contracts” upgrade. The buttons for the cash and blender speed upgrades are also missing (which wasn’t the case before), with their progress bars reset. The “Claim a Tycoon” label in the middle of my screen opened and closed with the upgrades screen and otherwise couldn’t be interacted with.
I wanted to see if I could reproduce any of these bugs so I tried to rejoin on my alt. When the game had finished loading, my screen was black and the sound of the train seemed to be looping indefinitely in the background; I never got teleported into the actual game world. Rejoining again did put me into the game normally though.
Other notes:
- The name “Create a Culinary Empire” feels a bit long. I think it would sound better to shorten it to just “Culinary Empire” or something similar.
- The characters’ movement while walking in a cutscene is quite choppy. Also, during the part of the intro cutscene where the landlord and I walk across the street to my plot, my character was glitching partially into the ground while walking.
- I think you should remove or significantly shorten the cutscene that plays when you rejoin.
- If I change my face, it will still revert to :D during cutscenes. I just wanted to know if this was intended.

Is this supposed to happen? I couldnt see anything while the Landlord talked
Edit: The Landlord finished talking and I cant see anything, its all just a blue screen.

The game should not have those problems anymore.
Anyway, @ptkalx how did you open the log menu? Since i have to try the game from alt account having that menu would be helpfull
You need to press f9 while in game

Also it would be really cool to see more types of fruits in the future. The game looks really good tho!!
