Oregon woman tells Filipino man to ‘go back to the Philippines,’ yells the N-word
A viral video on Twitter shows an Oregon woman spewing anti-Asian comments at a couple, telling them to ‘go back to Philippines’ before dropping the N-word.
What happened: The video, posted by Twitter user @davenewworld_2 on July 13, starts off mid-argument between a white couple and the people filming the encounter.

YouTuber Joseph Morris claims the woman is Shauna Nicol Foreman, and that the two parties reportedly got into a dispute over the loudness while caring for their lawn.
“He lied about his mom — you know what, you little b**ch? Are you recording me? Because you did not tell me you were recording me," Foreman said.
The man taking the video informed her that she is “being recorded,” adding, “I can record you.”
“You cannot record me without telling me,” Foreman replies. “Welcome to Oregon. Maybe you should go back to Philippines, where you belong.”
Oregon law states: “It is legal to record telephone conversations with the consent of at least one party, but recording in-person conversations requires the consent of all parties except for in certain circumstances, such as when all parties reasonably should have known they were being recorded.”
Foreman then calls the couple the N-word after spewing anti-Asian sentiment at them.
The videographer informed Foreman that the video would go online, to which she replied, “I don’t care. [Unintelligible] calls him a white n****r every day” while pointing to the man in the olive T-shirt.
When confronted, the man in the olive shirt tries to distance himself from Foreman and told the couple he did not say the N-word.
Mixed reactions: The video received mixed reactions online, with some users criticizing @davenewworld_2 for not providing context.

Are the people racist? Yes. Did the people videoing it bait them? Damn straight. This appears to be a property rights issue. Either try to work something out civily or take it to court. I want to see what happened before they started rolling because it was conveniently left out.

Do we have any idea how the conversation started, what the context is? The words we hear--always offensive, obviously. What was the point: the precipitating act? (I would hate to have someone standing outside my home filming, sneering at me, trying to catch a reaction-to ..what?)
