I liked that most people have a profile and have put down alot of information of who they are and what they are looking for.

After using match in 2020 after the first lockdown and having no success to find a serious relationship on other apps and sites, I took a chance and met a man of connected with, we met 29 August 2020, and we were official by 6 September 2020, with my man having to move in before the Xmas lockdown as we didn’t want to be apart! Fast forward 4 years, we have just got married, we had a miracle baby in 2022 and we now own a house! This is the only site that found my true match! So thank you Match from me and my now husband for helping us find each other!

I don't mind Match, but if they were as interested in rooting out scamming profiles as they are in making money, we all might get along a little better. For example, if you send a paid-for love note to a profile that is then removed by the moderators as a scammer / fake profile, then that love note allowance should be returned to you. I'm sick to death of sending out messages; perfectly nice introductory notes, only to get: nameofchoice@anoutsideemailaddress. dot com. They don't even bother with any chat. If Match can root out the scammers, maybe we can consider again.

The search function is basic and woeful, Match only includes limited categories, so I find myself wasting time viewing profiles I have nothing in common with.
There is also something wrong with how Match generates the prospective profiles. I see the same women time and time again, but then completely new ones have messaged me that I have never seen before.
There is a time delay with the messaging service, which is pitiful.
The site seems to be fully of ostentatious ladies, and I struggle to find anyone alternative, but perhaps they are all put off by Match!

AS per usual with these date sites. They are full of single mothers who are single mothers for a reason. Most of them can’t even hold a conversation, or, they match men just to ignore and be spiteful. Also, 9 out of 10 will ignore on the day of the date. They think they are protecting themselves lying to men. Not enough intelligence to realise this is why they are bringing up children of the men who lied back to them. These date sites are also set up so the real matches to you are too far away and the non-matched are what they send you. It’s fake and designed to slow down population growth. All the staff are sociopaths and support spiteful behaviour each time and if you report that behaviour you are the one who will get blocked. Stay clear of all date sight they are fake!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!- It is incredibly difficult to cancel your subscription. After cancelling, they keep trying to take money. I have cancelled my card twice. There is no customers service number to call them. No email address to reach them on. The creators of this website are scammers!!!! I have been trying for months to cancel my subscription, but i have been going on a merry-go-round. The steps the gave to cancel the subscription doesn't work. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. They are thieves

I had an average experience with UK.match.com. It was nothing special compared to other similar services. The site wasn't bad or excellent, just medioker. The support was alright, but not as responsivve as I thought they'd be. The navagation of the site was meh, nothing to make me remarkly impressed. They could do with some improvementz, but overally this is a fairly oridnary platform which just does its job. Not much elze to say about it!

Some quality matches on site
But there are too much options for both sexes
Iv matched and not heard a reply
80% arrange dates then cancel never to be heard from again
Intercepted by other members or girls can choose or drop you if they see someone else
Like kids in a sweet shop
Perhaps some way of commuting to one person that makes users unavailable

As an app, I think it's fine, I'm getting quite a few views, but I think the fact that I have stated on my profile that I'm a virgin and looking for a virgin, who is the same faith or interested in the same faith I am means I will not really get any matches, but I'm sure lots of people can get matches

I had been on Match for around 6 months. I had a few dates but never found the one. My subscription was about to end and on the last day, Jane who had only just joined, replied to me. The rest is history and we are moving forward as a couple and planning to get married soon. All I would say is keep the faith and keep trying. There is someone out there for everyone, but be honest and truthful

I've had an almost good expirience with uk.match.com. It was ordinery and what i expected. I have not used the service much, but everthing worked out ok so far. They offer a range of options to customise and use your account. There were some minor glitches during use, which were annoying, but nothing major. Overall, the service is ok, but could use some improovment. Mabye it might be worth looking into for someone who is seriusly looking for someone to match with.

Everything was good until I was locked out of my account with no customer care team responding to my numerous emails asking for help with logging into my account.
I don't understand what is going on and I want to either speak with someone to have the situation explained to me or get a refund. I have paid for a 6-months membership and it has not even been a month, it is ridiculous that I can't get the services I have paid for...

Match seems to have a big problem of new female accounts that are scammers , which ask you for your email or phone number
. Not hard to spot as usually a single photo lifted off the Internet .
A lot of dead profiles. I had only one date in a month , that lasted 7 months dating. Came back and very sparse. I tended not to mass message and just like the ones i picked. Hard to recommend.
But Bumble and Hinge are not any better really.

The only positive from this site is they often do a 50% off for premium which they don't do with their POF site which is as well because you get sent the same people day after day, month after month. Awful lot of abandoned profiles as Match leave them active. Match have taken over all the main dating sites & none are fit for purpose due to the quality of people. Make verification mandatory & all that disappears so more people will be happy to pay & women will feel safe. Does seem like all their sites ban mostly men for no reason which must be so frustrating as they don't give any reason & continue taking payment

My experience is mixed, more on the negative side due to all the fake profiles, or guys wanting to do an online hook up or sideshow. It would change things for better if all profiles would have to do a verification.It’s a 2 min verification and would keep the site clean.

Full of fake profiles to bulk up dwindling numbers. I was on site 6 years ago and some of the fake profiles are exactly the same and still on the site. There are a also scammers who work the site so beware of Love notes!
All very fickle and monotonous, Waste of time and good money.

What an absolutely appalling company.
Customer service is almost impossible to contact and when you do the response is beyond useless.
Having been asked to respond after eventually making contact, I have had 3 emails non deliverable.
If I could give ZERO I would.

Poor quality of people in the site. Unclear sign up information. It said you paid for 6 m subscription. I assumed after thst it would be monthly but I was subscribed for a further 6m with no notification do could not unsubscribe. I was bombarded with emails daily when my subscription finally ran out I continued to get emails and notifications. When I asked for it to stop I was told I had to remove or hide my profile and change the preferences for notifications! The least you expect when you stop paying is that they woukd remove your profile for you...definitely avoid!!

I joined match and thought I'd pay for a site fir a change, I believed this way my messages and interactions would amount to something. This is not true, you can message, see likes but if the other person hasn't paid its pointless, they can't see or reply so you're essentially gambling on the person you like having a paid up account. Also even though you've paid, to get pushed into view you have to pay an extra cost. Complete scam really, might as well use POF or Facebook dating, no cost and much better sites.
