Will they publish the attendance or capacity numbers for this year?
FYI: I saw they sold 600k tickets in total.

I had the impression it was more crowded than previous years. Did you?
I went W3 and actually felt it wasn't as crowded as people are saying. There was enough space to dance and move around at every stage we went to, even the mainstage. There seemed to be a lot of people around the edge of the mainstage at the top of the hill but once you went a bit further in it was quite roomy.
Really? I went to the mainstage for lost frequencies and I had 0 room to move at all. Couldn't even raise my hand up without hitting someone.
Charlotte de Witte wasn't so bad, but I still didn't have the room to properly dance like I could in atmosphere and freedom etc. Even the cage, which was tiny, had plenty of room.
Mainstage was the worst for me in this regard. Nobody had any care for other people's space. It was just crammed in.
That's because they removed two stages

imho it felt very empty in comparison to other years, i mean mainstage and certain acts willl always fill to the brim but for the rest it felt busy but not crowded.
especially dreamville felt empty purple zone never even filled up any of the weekends i never seen that before in 10 years
Forgetting people I’d estimate there was 700,000 wasps in attendance and an additional 900,000 Really Angry Wasps

I was at the love tomorrow conference and the said it was approx 80k per day, with 35k staying at dreamville
I made a similar post like this after W2 ended because to me it seemed overcrowded. Some people did the same math and said 60k per day, and I and others responded 60k just in the mainstage. I'll say it again, it was more than 60k per day easily
Correct me if I‘m wrong, but I think it is like that :
The Campers are counted for each day as a Ticket = 35.000 Campers equals 105.000 Tickets.
Combine that with 30.000 (35.000 on Saturday) Not Camping People (Full Madness and Day Passes, aswell as Global Journey staying in Hotels) and you get the 95.000 Tickets.
Together 200.000 Tickets per Weekend and 3 Weekends make 600.000 Tickets.
In total the actual attendance is 60.000 People on Friday and Sunday and 65.000 People on Saturday.
It's 200.000 people per weekend and 35.000 of them are on the camping, so there for the 3 days. I would guess it's each day 35.000 + 1/3 of 165.000. That would be around 90.000 per day. There's still some people in hotels etc as well which could put it a bit higher, but I assume it's somewhere around that number.
Well 600 / 3 weekends = 200 / 3 days = 66.6
It'll be more, considering there's a solid bunch of people staying multiple days :)
A lot of people say 60-70k, but you could walk from Freedom to Mainstage and every single path and stage was full of people and then arrive to Mainstage and realize it was also full, my guess is at least around 80k people per day.
They just publish the festival counting (attendance per day added up). 600.000 is the total number. 9 Festival Days this year, so 66.000 per Day.
There is no official number (I know of) on how many are 3 Day goers and how many are doing multiple Weekends
